Hotels in West District, Zhongshan

Friendly front office. Staff 一亦 very friendly. Near walking street. Not so many places for breakfast nearby. Nice lobby with many books. Room comfortable.

My experience to Sheraton this time starts from the moment upon my arrival to the location. Door man was helpful and offered help if there's any need for luggage transfer. Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The check-in representative (William) was truly professional and greet me as a returned customer to Sheraton, which I feel honor for being accepted and welcomed. On the other hand, he realized I am a frequent biz traveller around the world. He introduced various hotel facilities professionally to relate my business opportunity, which is very smart of him. He also grades the buffet breakfast is well suitable for family and biz related occasions. It was another wonderful experience to stay in Sheraton together with my family.

The hotel is quite new just opened more than 1 month. The restaurants are just next to us. Very convenient. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. Good for business trips and short trip stays in Zhon Shan

Check in was easy and staff was very courteous. Room was better than expected. Plenty of charging points. A mini fridge good for storing our drinks. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Washing face and toilet are separated. And the hot water at the basin flush out when turn on. No need to run water off. Even the hit shower pressure is strong. Breakfast was good with a big selections. And the staff there was attentive too. Will stay there again if in Zhongshan

Room clean, counter service good. Breakfast so so. Location good. Over all will consider to stay again.

We were satisfied with our stay. Rooms were quiet and clean. The staff were wonderful: the ladies who cleaned the rooms were friendly and thorough. (Special mention to 阿香!), and the staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the Yangyang bus stop from Zhuhai, and close to Qijiang Park and the bridge over to the Sunwen pedestrian street. Many eateries nearby. Highly recommend 粥天下 across the street- good food at good prices and nice staff. The bakery next door has yummy egg tarts…Two thumbs up for this hotel.

There are a few Atour hotels in Zhongshan. We meant to book the one close to Xingzhong plaza - the one in Fuhua Road but mistakenly booked this one because of the ”Xingzhong Plaza” in the name. Hotel is located further from shopping malls and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from shower so more efficient as 1 guest can use the toilet while the other can shower. Staff is polite and helpful, esp the staff on night duties. Hotel offers free porridge supper from 9.30pm to 11pm - good for those who had early dinner and are hungry by 10pm. Laundry room needs more washing machines and dryers - currently only 3 machines and dryers for entire hotels. So, may have to Q to do laundry late into the night.

Location is good. Nice river view. Value for money. Facilities are new. Room was clean and bathroom is big. Bed was big to have a good sleep.

The room was small and had a bad smell and we ordered no smoking room but everything else was okay and we ended up staying 3 nights instead of 5 nights because of changing our trip schedules and overall was okay too

Hotel was great. Unhappy that I was not able to shorten my stay by one night so that I could get to Guangzhou for the early flight I'd already booked. I'd already stayed 6 nights. I'd guess that this would not have been a problem if I'd booked directly with the hotel. Such lack of flexibility will lead me to review my November one month booking through Trip.com
