Desert Star Hotel

Highly recommended. Before going, I thought it was just to put the room in the desert, nothing more than to see the scenery, and we adults don't dig sand. After going, I found it is still recommended. Process: Take a taxi to the Gate of Time and Space, which is the reception of the Star Hotel, which is actually the front desk, and check in here. We arrived at the Gate of Time and Space at almost 14:00. If there is a room, you can enter the room first. After checking in (giving a wristband), wait for the jeep to take us to Star Coffee (Star Coffee is equivalent to a transfer station. If there is anything, basically gather there). When we arrived at Star Coffee, we changed to the shuttle bus to the room. Ours was a cabin in Area B (I also visited Area A, each with its own merits, and Area B is also good, with rows of cabins). Put the luggage in the room, call to ask how to get to Shapotou, then walk to Star Coffee, and wait for a while, there will be a car to take you to the Shapotou desert area. After we arrived at the desert area, we immediately changed to the Shapotou bus to the Yellow River area. We played in the Yellow River area first. After playing (2.5 hours), we took the bus back to the desert area, got off the bus, took the hotel bus back to Star Coffee, walked back to the room, sorted out, and went to Area A for dinner. The next day, after breakfast, we went to the sand near the room, sorted out our bags, took a rest, called the hotel, and sent a shuttle bus to pick us up and send us to Star Coffee. At this time, you can communicate with the staff of Star Coffee to go to the Shapotou Desert Area or go to the Gate of Time and Space to leave. After a while, a car came. My mother and I went to the desert area to play, and my father took the luggage to the Gate of Time and Space (front desk) to rest. They were all in the same car, and my mother and I got off first. Room: Not big, two boxes spread out, not very walkable (it is recommended that the boxes can be placed next to the bed like a mat), the mattress is still comfortable, and one bed can sleep 2 adults. The slippers are very comfortable and thick. There are drinks, nuts, and yogurt in the refrigerator; the toiletries are L'Occitane. The water table is not very big, so it is not recommended to put it on the washstand. Breakfast: Very rich, I like it very much, the environment is very good, and the taste is good. Dinner: We checked in on 4/26, and we can go to the buffet in Area A to enjoy it without paying extra. We have everything we need, including lamb, beef, ice cream, beer, vegetables, pasta, and water. Go to the buffet in Area A, and you can actually take a look at the room types in Area A. They are quite good to take pictures. When you go out to play, everything is very novel. Activities: You can go sandboarding. In fact, it is very tiring to play sandboarding twice, because you have to pull the sandboard to the high ground. You can pat the small bugs on the ground, which are easy to find and crawl around. The Stargazing Valley is cloudy, you can't see anything, and it is very cold. But the teacher is very hard, very serious, and very contagious. It is recommended to stay for 2-3 nights. We stayed for 1 night and had a full experience. The hotel is well connected in all aspects, and some minor problems can be forgiven.

Help! Desert Star Hotel is really good at parent-child travel! I was afraid that it would be boring to bring my child to the desert, but I didn't want to leave after playing! Teacher Xiao Wang and Teacher Xiao Sun took the children to explore the desert, and talked about the little knowledge of animals and plants such as sand foxes and wormwood while walking. The children listened more seriously than in class, and came back to talk non-stop. The most delicious is the "Star Travel Qihang" semi-custody! After leaving the child to the teacher, my child's father and I can finally take a breath, take a big movie by ourselves, and the teacher takes the child to play games, plus creative handicrafts, the child is so proud to hold the small ornaments he made, and the old mother wants to praise it when she sees it! All the staff of the activities are super clear haha~ Watching the stars in the Star Valley at night, and having fun with the child in the desert during the day, this trip experience is directly pulled to the fullest! Bring your child to the desert to play, identify this one, it's easy and fun, just close your eyes and rush!

We chose three hotels of different prices for this trip to Zhongwei, which were over 1,000, 2,000, and the Desert Star Hotel over 3,000. Overall, the Star Hotel is indeed the best hotel in terms of both hardware and software. The conditions in the desert are limited, and only the Star Hotel has the most convenient water for bathing. The children like the stargazing course very much and are clamoring to come next time. But we all think that the service before check-in needs to be improved: first of all, before check-in, we can send a text message to let us park our car and then the reception location, or the markings may not be obvious. I was confused before check-in. Now is the off-season, but there are no seats in the reception hall. There are two staff members in the activity room who are doing handicrafts, who are very good and patient. We just missed the handicraft time, and they also brought things for us to draw in the room by ourselves. They are also very patient when asking various questions.
