"I have to say, the scenery is absolutely beautiful! Our room was at the very end, so there was no busy corridor outside the door. We stepped right out onto open sand dunes. It was quiet and clean, and the kids could dig in the sand and watch the sunset nearby. We didn't have to fight crowds at popular photo spots, and the pictures turned out stunning. It took about 8-12 minutes to walk to the main building's restaurant, pool, observatory, and stargazing class. Although the hotel golf carts are supposed to be on-call, during peak hours, you often have to wait for one. Relying on the shuttle for meals during the day and activities at night is necessary, as walking is quite tiring, especially with the hot weather and strong sun – that part wasn't great!"

"Stayed for two nights, five stars all around, very satisfied. Even when it's hot outside, it's comfortable indoors. The sofa bed in the courtyard room is huge; perfect for a family of four, with the adults each getting a bed and the two kids sharing the sofa bed. The only downside is that the surfing cart is too expensive at 120 (RMB); I think 80 would be a more reasonable price. The art museum next door is closed on Mondays, but the front desk didn't inform us, so we went all excited only to find it shut. You can take a taxi to Wanda Plaza in Zhongwei City to try the hand-grabbed lamb, it's really good."

"Five-star review! The owner and staff were warm, attentive, and friendly. The evening bonfire party and iron-flower performance were fantastic, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The biggest surprise was the family desert study tour organized by the village chief, where children caught lizards, learned how to fetch water in the desert, and received an immersive natural science education. The kids learned a lot and had a great time. It's perfect for bringing children to experience the desert!"

"The owner was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Even though it was a busy Labor Day holiday and hectic, he took great care of me. Thank you for being so considerate as a foreigner! It was a truly wonderful experience to be able to stay at a place like this in the desert. Because of the sandstorms, sand inevitably gets into the room. There was a lot of hair on the floor when I first checked in. Despite that, the bed was clean, and using disposable towels was a good idea. The food served for dinner was also delicious 😋 My child had a great time playing in the sand and sledding, and the night sky was full of stars and the sunrise was wonderful."

"I genuinely recommend this downtown hotel. The location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. The room amenities are a huge plus 🌻 – not only complete but also very new, showing they're well-maintained. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the space was larger than I expected. Both the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the hot water supply was stable. 🌻 The lighting was soft, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere overall. I felt really relaxed after my stay, and I will definitely be booking again."

"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city and Zhongwei South Station. The room is quite spacious, and what's really great is that the twin room actually has two 1.5-meter beds. It's really comfortable to live with a baby. It has laundry facilities, which is convenient for washing clothes after going to Shapotou and being covered in sand. You have to wait for a while during the breakfast rush hour, but overall it's good. The parking lot at the entrance is huge."
