"The hotel's post-apocalyptic theme is stunning and great for photos, but the service doesn't quite live up to the price. The shuttle drivers were all very friendly. However, the front desk didn't explain anything, always deferring to the butler who was supposed to send information. Yet, the butler, even after connecting on WeChat, never sent details about hotel activities or the park's location. The butler service was severely lacking in the interim. When we checked in, we waited over twenty minutes without anyone escorting us to our room. Breakfast options were limited, and there weren't many facilities for young children, making it unsuitable for families with toddlers. Older children might enjoy posing for photos, and the park attractions are also geared towards older kids. Another thing is the sheer number of people doing travel photography. From morning till night, there were people outside rooms shouting instructions for photo poses. If you're traveling with a baby, I'd suggest asking the hotel for a room in a less frequented area for better privacy, as the constant foot traffic made it feel less private."
