衞生條件太差了，凡事皮膚接觸到的床單被罩無一倖免，手，腳都長了幾個又紅又癢的痘。
房間內尤其是床鋪和被子很是潮濕，摸起來都是濕潤感還有些許沉重，由此滋生了細菌或者被子都沒有清潔感染了皮膚導致過敏。
或許島上條件有限，房內設施比較簡單，毛巾是兩條洗的褪色的黃色毛巾，沒有一次性拖鞋，門鎖上了銹，房內沒有窗户，是有一個大推拉門，推拉門打開是被一塊大石頭之類的擋住了視線，石頭背後是一面完整的牆，房間在海的背面，導致走廊是昏暗的。前面是牆後面也是牆，中間有個推拉門，更沒有陽光照進房間。
最重要的還是衞生，太差了！！

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，民宿離碼頭和日出平台真的超級近，這個季節來島上房價也不貴，老闆服務好有問必答還詳細的跟我們介紹怎麼遊玩東福山攻略，提醒我們要做好防曬防蚊措施，愛了[愉快]下次有機會還是會選擇這家民宿！再説一句，店裡的烤魚也超級美味[偷笑]

首先服務還是可以的，會幫着拿行李箱。房間地板打掃的也很乾凈。衞生間的水流也比其他家的大。其次就是房間有海蟑螂，房間還有跳蚤，咬的身上都是包，塗了葯也沒見好。房間的防蚊液整夜都是開着的，也並不管用。這點並不是很滿意。

房間挺乾淨，床品也沒有其它評價説的潮濕，自帶的一次性用品都沒用，房間提前開了空調，民宿出行真的很方便，感謝老闆提醒説：島上蚊子毒做好防蚊防曬工作。島上蚊子確實毒，咬一口就一個包

優點：1，地段我覺得是這個島最好的！2，服務真的不差！3房間性價比，這個確實沒的説！會給朋友推薦！
需要改進的：氣味不小。並且覺得是衞生間散發出來的。地墊蓋着也還有味道。如果升級成防臭地漏，那會更好！

臨時安排出行，目的地東極，攜程上訂房後沒有仔細看具體位置和取消規則，原本是安排去東極主道島，從沈家門出發到東極主島廟子湖後結果還需換乘船衹去該民宿的東福山島，因暈船想取消預訂，發現無法取消，忍着暈船再去了東福島，有點受罪!

房間很乾凈，老闆很熱情，周邊怎麼環島老闆也和我們仔細説了一下，哦，還要着重誇誇她家的海鮮，真的做的好吃的，可能比較符合我的口味吧，哈哈！主要就請了兩天假，不然我真的還想多住幾天。下次吧，下次真的還會來。

房間非常乾淨，拉開窗簾就能看到美美的落日（見圖），早上看日出更是不用爬上爬下，三分鐘走到最佳觀日點（見圖）。飯菜味道👍，主要是新鮮。不得不提的是我粗心落在了廟子湖到東福山島的遊船上一個手提袋，我嘗試打官方某客服電話但給我的回覆都説沒見到，可是快要回房間睡覺碰到老闆娘隨口唸到了幾句，熱心的老闆娘詳細問了我乘船時間和坐次幫我發出消息去找，第二天一早我就聽到了好消息，完美的一天就這樣開始了……再來東福山島我還會選這裏
