We booked a deluxe city-view king room, and our one-night stay far exceeded my expectations. From the facilities and cleanliness to the staff's service, everything was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. It was truly a memorable experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel very convenient. The surrounding transportation is smooth, whether you want to take a stroll by the sea or head into the city for shopping and dining. Upon arrival, the hotel's grand and well-maintained exterior, with its extensive greenery, immediately impressed us. The lobby felt high-end and spacious, with simple yet elegant decor and soft lighting that created a very inviting atmosphere without feeling oppressive. Check-in was seamless. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and communicated patiently and thoroughly. They quickly completed the registration and thoughtfully informed us about the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and other important details. The service was professional and appropriate, with no lengthy waits. Our deluxe city-view king room was spacious and well-arranged. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep that helped alleviate fatigue after a day of travel. The room's amenities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with stable water pressure in the bathroom, quick hot water, and a full set of toiletries. The city view from the window was expansive, allowing us to enjoy the urban landscape in our free time. The room also had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet night and a great night's sleep. The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, balancing both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot-on, catering to various dietary preferences. The restaurant service was attentive, and dishes were replenished promptly. We also enjoyed walking around the hotel's beautifully landscaped grounds, which provided great photo opportunities. As a couple, the atmosphere here was just right – not overly noisy, yet not dull or boring. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout, reflecting thoughtful management. We encountered no frustrating issues during our stay. Both the quality of the facilities and the staff's service truly lived up to the Sheraton brand standards. If I travel to Zhoushan again, I would still prioritize staying at the Greentown Sheraton and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Zhoushan. It's an excellent choice for couples, business travelers, or families on a short vacation."

"The location is pretty good, about a ten-minute taxi ride to the pier. The sea view room offers a fantastic 270-degree ocean view. The only downside is that there are only two shuttle buses to the pier in the morning, so if you sleep in, you'll need to take a taxi."

It's a 10-minute walk to Puji Temple, and the bus stop right outside the temple makes it convenient to get to all the attractions and other places. The commercial street in front of the hotel also offers easy dining options, and the most authentic and value-for-money restaurant on the island is just across the street. All in all, Ruyi Pavilion is the top choice for accommodation on the island. A special thanks to the manager who contacted me via WeChat before I even arrived to inform me about the shuttle bus location, and promptly arranged a shuttle to the pier after check-out.
