"This veteran five-star hotel really delivers on all fronts. Before my stay, I was a bit worried about outdated facilities or subpar service, but my concerns were completely unfounded. It actually surpasses many other five-star hotels I've visited. Westin truly lives up to its reputation! They have three pools – two outdoor, one of which is a wave pool, and one indoor standard pool. Breakfast is incredibly diverse, and there's a kids' play area right next to the restaurant, which was a lifesaver for parents! The beach is just a short walk away, and surprisingly, there was no musty smell despite its proximity to the sea. Highly recommend!"

"I chose the right hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich with a wide variety of options. The executive lounge, in particular, has a wonderful ambiance. They even offered a complimentary cocktail and coffee. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"On the day of my trip, there was heavy fog and rain, causing multiple changes to the ferry schedule. I really appreciate the executive, Li Fenjun, for her thoughtful reminders and assistance with coordination throughout: she gave me early warnings about cancellations, promptly informed me when services resumed, proactively arranged a shuttle when there was traffic control on-site, and even helped me clarify false information, ensuring I got on the vehicle smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a bus stop, making travel very convenient. A little tip: when returning from Mount Luojia, you can take the hotel's vehicle directly back without having to detour to Puji Temple. The entire trip went very smoothly, and I'm very grateful!"

"Staying at the Zhoushan Greentown Sheraton Hotel My partner and I chose the Zhoushan Greentown Sheraton Hotel for our recent short trip. We booked a deluxe city-view king room, and our one-night stay far exceeded my expectations. From the facilities and cleanliness to the staff's service, everything was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. It was truly a memorable experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel very convenient. The surrounding transportation is smooth, whether you want to take a stroll by the sea or head into the city for shopping and dining. Upon arrival, the hotel's grand and well-maintained exterior, with its extensive greenery, immediately impressed us. The lobby felt high-end and spacious, with simple yet elegant decor and soft lighting that created a very inviting atmosphere without feeling oppressive. Check-in was seamless. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and communicated patiently and thoroughly. They quickly completed the registration and thoughtfully informed us about the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and other important details. The service was professional and appropriate, with no lengthy waits. Our deluxe city-view king room was spacious and well-arranged. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep that helped alleviate fatigue after a day of travel. The room's amenities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with stable water pressure in the bathroom, quick hot water, and a full set of toiletries. The city view from the window was expansive, allowing us to enjoy the urban landscape in our free time. The room also had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet night and a great night's sleep. The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, balancing both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot-on, catering to various dietary preferences. The restaurant service was attentive, and dishes were replenished promptly. We also enjoyed walking around the hotel's beautifully landscaped grounds, which provided great photo opportunities. As a couple, the atmosphere here was just right – not overly noisy, yet not dull or boring. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout, reflecting thoughtful management. We encountered no frustrating issues during our stay. Both the quality of the facilities and the staff's service truly lived up to the Sheraton brand standards. If I travel to Zhoushan again, I would still prioritize staying at the Greentown Sheraton and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Zhoushan. It's an excellent choice for couples, business travelers, or families on a short vacation."

"Excellent hotel experience! The room was spotless, bright, and airy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service. "I absolutely loved this hotel! It's super close to Puji Temple and offers butler service and pier transfers, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The annex building is beautifully traditional, and our room was quiet, clean, and had a lovely Zen ambiance. I especially enjoyed the seating area on the veranda – perfect for admiring the old trees and escaping the heat during the day, and for a peaceful nap listening to the rain at night. A wonderful surprise was finding out the hotel has its own Zen hall where you can attend classes, and a cultural exhibition hall with truly beautiful displays."

"We were quite apprehensive after seeing so many negative reviews, so we went in with a 'go with the flow' attitude. Our butler, No. 2, was incredibly helpful. Someone even met us specifically at the pier. They were always responsive to our needs. Since we had a baby, they prepared a baby cot for us in advance and kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time. The pier transfers were also very convenient; they helped us transport our luggage to the lobby as we had a lot with the baby. Overall, we weren't really dissatisfied with anything. The lady at the front desk, Chenxiang, was so lovely and lucky; the baby immediately went to her when she held out her arms! 😄 The portions at the restaurant were huge, which really surprised me! 🫶🏻 We didn't get to ride in the legendary pickup truck though! 😄 To be fair, the soundproofing isn't great, but after all the walking and prayers, we were so tired that we fell asleep instantly. So grateful!"

"Our Zhoushan trip was incredibly satisfying! The hotel lobby is beautiful, and every staff member, including the handsome young men who helped with luggage at the entrance and the shuttle bus drivers, was incredibly welcoming. The Jiangnan courtyard room is gorgeous, and the hotel's mini-bar is well-stocked. We even had a guest relations specialist call us in advance to confirm our itinerary and inform us about hotel activities. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, and the outdoor hot spring allows you to soak while listening to the sound of the waves. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise during our trip! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded our room. The sea view from the room was amazing, and the overall stay was very comfortable. I also have to praise the breakfast – it was a fantastic surprise! There was a wide variety of options, and everything tasted great. I highly recommend the small wontons; they have thin wrappers and generous fillings. In terms of location, it's very close to Putuo Tiandi, which has lots of dining, drinking, and entertainment options. It's about a 15-minute drive from Zhujiajian Port, so if you're planning to go to Mount Putuo, it's best to allow some extra time."

"Our family trip to Zhujiajian was an absolute delight, thanks to our stay at the Poly Junya Kaiyuan Senbo Hotel in Zhoushan. It's truly a one-stop resort that completely eliminates any travel hassles. The hotel's location is superb, just a 15-minute drive from Wugongzhi Wharf. Nansha and Daqingshan are only a few minutes away by car, and there's even a shuttle bus service to Dongsha Beach. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're going to Putuoshan for blessings or enjoying some fun by the sea. The standard rooms are very spacious, and the sea-view balcony offers a wide, open view directly facing the East China Sea and Daqingshan. The thoughtful design includes a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, and ACCA KAPPA toiletries. The family rooms even have special amenities like a child's toilet, non-slip mat, and a small step stool, showing great attention to detail. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities are truly a resort complex: there's an indoor water park spanning over 10,000 square meters, heated year-round, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain. It features exciting attractions like a large slide, timed wave pool, and a lazy river. The 1600-square-meter Fantasy Island Children's Park has dedicated staff supervision, plus an outdoor 'Starry Park' and a go-kart arcade, guaranteeing that kids won't get bored all day. The infinity pool on the 17th floor is the highlight; the 'orange sea' sunset in the evening is absolutely stunning, and there are even themed party performances at night. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options. The local Zhoushan seafood noodles are fresh and delicious, and there's a good mix of Chinese breakfast items, Western light meals, and baby food. The Chinese restaurant serves fresh and authentic Zhoushan seafood. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive. The huge underground parking lot has plenty of new energy vehicle charging stations, making self-driving completely stress-free. Whether you's a family with kids or a couple looking for a short seaside getaway, this place is perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Zhujiajian.
