"Overall, the hotel provided a great experience, and I'd like to share my thoughts. **Location and Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to Zhujiajian. There's a lake nearby, and it was lovely to take a leisurely stroll along the shore after dinner and enjoy the breeze. There's also a shopping complex in the vicinity with plenty of dining options, so you don't have to worry about finding places to eat. **Hotel Facilities:** The hotel boasts a high-quality renovation, with a modern yet stylish overall design that made for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes and good quality, a perfect start to the day. **Tips for Families with Children:** Since we stayed with our child this time, I have a few suggestions for the hotel's consideration: 1. It would be a nice touch to proactively provide children's slippers and toiletries for families with kids. 2. The toilet height is a bit high for small children. Perhaps a small step stool for kids could be provided to make it easier for them to use the toilet. Overall, it was a satisfying stay – great location, new facilities, and a fantastic breakfast. Families traveling with children should definitely consider it, and I hope the hotel can further refine its family-friendly details."

"The Kaihong Plaza business district has excellent amenities. Dingdang provided exceptional service, always ready to help. The guest room was beautifully decorated with crane paintings, creating a serene ambiance, and the Song-style lighting added a touch of luxury. At 30 square meters, the room was spacious and airy. The wishing tree and red prayer plaques were perfect for photos. Dingdang's smiling service was attentive throughout. This newly renovated Song-style Zen hotel, opening in 2026, offers tranquility and comfort, ideal for relaxation."

"I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and the room had a fantastic direct sea view, offering a wide panorama of Mount Putuo and Wugongzhi Wharf. The cleanliness was impeccable and very thorough. The butler service was prompt and attentive, helping me out quite a bit. The overall environment is perfect for business. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. Oh, and when you're bored, you can even chat with the front desk guy, just some friendly conversation!"

An excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns. All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

I have always wanted to have a chance to visit Shengsi, the easternmost part of the motherland, to see the sunrise and sunset. I chose Wind Villa because it only takes ten minutes to walk to the East Cliff Cliff to watch the sunrise, and it is very close to the No Man's Village and Xiyang Bay to watch the sunset. In addition, you can watch the sunset and the waves of the sea by sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in the room. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the pure white decoration style, which was full of Instagram style. I felt that I would not feel lonely drinking coffee here for an afternoon. The water curtain flower room here is also very romantic and super suitable for taking pictures. Go home, where shall I go? The affairs of life come and go like a shuttle. Wait for leisure to watch the autumn wind and the clear waves of Luo River!

On the day of my trip, there was heavy fog and rain, causing multiple changes to the ferry schedule. I really appreciate the executive, Li Fenjun, for her thoughtful reminders and assistance with coordination throughout: she gave me early warnings about cancellations, promptly informed me when services resumed, proactively arranged a shuttle when there was traffic control on-site, and even helped me clarify false information, ensuring I got on the vehicle smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a bus stop, making travel very convenient. A little tip: when returning from Mount Luojia, you can take the hotel's vehicle directly back without having to detour to Puji Temple. The entire trip went very smoothly, and I'm very grateful!

So beautiful island and cute hotel. For me was really big surprise that near Shanghai have such a small and cute place. We choose this hotel because of the pool. It’s was so amazing to open balcony and see u private pool. Actually one pool is sharing between 2 room but nobody swim, so everything was only for us. Also the staff in the hotel is helpful, helped with booking tickets, explained about islands, took us to show bioluminescent plankton. Could be nice if hotel provide one free coffee for breakfast (now need to pay) and some international food (was traditional chinese breakfast)

The room was quite clean, and cleanliness was my main priority for this stay. The location is excellent, right near Puji Temple, about a 100-meter walk. Dining options are also very convenient, with Yuanzhi Yuanyuan about 50 meters away and a snack street. The best part is that the bus station is also very close. I've already decided that as long as the price isn't outrageous, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

The hotel service was excellent. We had a dedicated shuttle pick us up after we arrived on the island. The location is also fantastic, with beautiful night views of the surrounding area. It's only a 2-minute walk to Puji Temple. Right outside, you'll find cultural attractions and a street full of delicious food. The room was clean, tidy, and even had a dehumidifier. Definitely worth staying here.

The hotel's decor exudes a classic elegance. The white furnishings are incredibly refined, and the calligraphy and artwork are tastefully chosen. The inscription at the entrance, ”常游究竟空” (meaning roughly ”Always wandering in ultimate emptiness”), adds a touch of Zen. The hotel's location in the heart of the scenic area is a huge advantage. Because of this, everything about the room was perfect, except for it being a bit small.

The hotel has a great location, convenient for getting around. There's a delicious original-style restaurant right outside! Shopping on the commercial street is very convenient, and Puji Temple is about a 5-minute walk away! A great place to stay, I would definitely consider staying here again next time! [Hands clasped in prayer] Putuoshan Ferry Terminal shuttle: The shuttle service was very convenient, and they even helped with luggage! The service was excellent!
