"My stay was great! The hotel facilities are brand new and well-equipped. The room had smart features, excellent air conditioning, a smart toilet, and a Laifen hairdryer – really thoughtful details. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast at the 18th-floor restaurant offered a wide variety, and the freshly cooked seafood noodles were delicious and authentic. The afternoon tea was both beautiful and tasty. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful, always responding promptly, answering all my questions, and reliably resolving any issues. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many highly-rated seafood restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around and dine out. I'll definitely be back!"

"I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and the room had a fantastic direct sea view, offering a wide panorama of Mount Putuo and Wugongzhi Wharf. The cleanliness was impeccable and very thorough. The butler service was prompt and attentive, helping me out quite a bit. The overall environment is perfect for business. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. Oh, and when you're bored, you can even chat with the front desk guy, just some friendly conversation!"

I have always wanted to have a chance to visit Shengsi, the easternmost part of the motherland, to see the sunrise and sunset. I chose Wind Villa because it only takes ten minutes to walk to the East Cliff Cliff to watch the sunrise, and it is very close to the No Man's Village and Xiyang Bay to watch the sunset. In addition, you can watch the sunset and the waves of the sea by sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in the room. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the pure white decoration style, which was full of Instagram style. I felt that I would not feel lonely drinking coffee here for an afternoon. The water curtain flower room here is also very romantic and super suitable for taking pictures. Go home, where shall I go? The affairs of life come and go like a shuttle. Wait for leisure to watch the autumn wind and the clear waves of Luo River!

amieezhangThe Hilton brand itself guarantees quality. I stayed in a deluxe sea-view room, and the bedding was comfortable, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. The hotel's swimming pool had crystal clear water, and there were also two small hot spring pools nearby perfect for relaxation. My only minor feedback is that some small fixtures in the room were loose, so I'd suggest the hotel's engineering department regularly inspect and maintain the rooms. Overall, my expectations were met, and I even managed to capture a stunning sunrise over Mount Putuo in the East China Sea from my balcony in the early morning.

When I arrived at the hotel, he immediately came forward to assist with my luggage and was very courteous and polite. When I inquired about local transportation and sightseeing routes, he patiently and thoroughly explained everything, offering practical advice. He is diligent and dedicated, always putting himself in the guests' shoes and thinking of their needs. His thoughtful and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome. His excellent professionalism truly reflects the hotel's high service standards and left a very deep impression on me. I am truly grateful for Li Wenyuan's dedicated service and hope the hotel will recognize his efforts.

So beautiful island and cute hotel.
For me was really big surprise that near Shanghai have such a small and cute place.
We choose this hotel because of the pool. It’s was so amazing to open balcony and see u private pool. Actually one pool is sharing between 2 room but nobody swim, so everything was only for us.
Also the staff in the hotel is helpful, helped with booking tickets, explained about islands, took us to show bioluminescent plankton.
Could be nice if hotel provide one free coffee for breakfast (now need to pay) and some international food (was traditional chinese breakfast)

Anonymous UserIt was just okay, and for the price, it didn't quite match up. The room was a bit small, and the soundproofing was rather poor. It's not in the main building, but an annex, so I had to walk to the main building for meals. Pilgrimages are already tiring, and there's no shuttle between the annex and the main building, though there is one from the hotel to the pier. Breakfast was decent, and the service was okay. The welcome fruit I redeemed with points was rotten and not fresh. I stayed for two nights and didn't sleep well either night, even though I usually sleep soundly. I don't know why I kept waking up several times a night after staying here. There were also two red stains on the floor, I'm not sure if it was blood or something else.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it.
There were so many delicious restaurants.
Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open.
The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly.
Is it because it's been a while since it opened? The amenities recently produced in the room have not been applied.

I still chose Baotuo Xingshe this time, mainly because of its good value for money, its proximity to Puji Temple, and the fact that the island's popular restaurant, Yuanzhi Yuanwei, is right outside. I especially want to commend their room attendant, Xu Yulan, who was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Suiyuejinghao2Whenever I visit Mount Putuo, this hotel is always my first choice. In fact, I've stayed here several times now. Its location is absolutely superb, right next to Fayu Temple, with Qianbu Beach directly in front, and a path leading straight up to Foding Mountain. The hotel itself is exquisite, elegant, and cozy, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a tranquil environment with a strong Zen ambiance. It was the rainy season during my stay, and sitting quietly, sipping tea, and listening to the rain brought a wonderful sense of peace and joy. The reception and restaurant staff provided excellent service, a special shout-out to them. This time, I also got to experience the complimentary travel photoshoot, and the photographer did a fantastic job – another big thumbs up!

The room was very clean and odorless. Even though the window faced the street, it was very quiet at night. I, a light sleeper, actually slept soundly last night. The front desk staff were excellent. This morning I was in a rush to get to Puji Temple and accidentally left my coat's belt in the room. The staff proactively called to remind me about it. Everything was very satisfactory, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
