About hotel facilities: The staff said that the hotel is newly opened this year, so I see their various facilities are very new, all-day restaurant, cliff coffee, swimming pool, gym, tea room, basically meet all the needs of the hotel Regarding environmental sanitation: the hotel is a simple and atmospheric style as a whole, the room is also dry and quiet, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep, whether it is a restaurant or a room, it is very safe to live. Regarding the service: After going to the island, the staff intimately picked me up at the pier and helped with my luggage. I heard that the island landscape car is charged, but his family will provide a free pick-up station. I will introduce me to the island's attractions along the way. I will check in at the front desk and feel the enthusiasm of everyone as soon as I enter the door. The front desk in the hotel room has a certain distance, and there are steps. The little housekeeper directly helped me carry the big suitcase into the room. It is not convenient to eat on the island. They will also ask me questions about eating in advance. The customer service said that there would be a shuttle bus waiting at the terminal, but the result was not. Call to remind me. It took 15 minutes to pick up the bus. When I left, I forgot to say that I wanted to send it to the dock. I thought there was a car at any time. I asked when I was about to leave. I felt that the service was not caring enough. After all, it seems that there is only our family in the off season. Checking in, none of the supplies were prepared in advance. Because there are very few typhoon guests, the manager has upgraded for free, the sea view is first-rate, and it is proper to lie down and watch the sea. The island still retains a pure feeling, the business atmosphere is very small, very island feeling, the hotel is a separate villa, each room is not many, one side of the mountain and the other side of the sea, the holiday wind is full. My favorite is sea fishing. I have been to many seasides. It is the first time I have such an experience. I have already recommended it to my fishing friends.

I spent 3 nights in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel. Service is really good, staff is polite and competent (English speak as well). Restaurant is really good, for breakfast and for dinner as well (buffet style with fresh fish). BUT I gave 1 Star to facilities since I choose this hotel for the beautiful (on picture from the website) outdoor pool, but with my big surprise, it was not available, just few cm of water and the bottom of the pool was slimy..... Staff said that since last year pool is not available and used just for small child with inflatables. Towel service also not available. I really think that this detail should be remarked in the website otherwise people can be misled (like me)

The room on the mountain is relatively humid, and the geographical environment may be like that. After moving in, the air conditioner can be turned on to dehumidify the mode, which is much better! If it is redecorated, the business will definitely be better, and the geographical location is very advantageous. Service: The service is good. The front desk is warm and will call ahead to inform you about check-in. After arriving at the hotel, the concierge will help you with your luggage, and will also help you with your luggage when you go back, which is very warm. Good location, no beach, but at least with a car easy to go to nice beaches in short time. Otherwise in the middle of lots of restaurants, outlets and entertainment Cleanliness: Well.... 4-5 stars for the a bit old but well maintained (and for kids lovely decorated) room. 1-2 stars for the restaurant with sticky floor, sticky tables and for 2nd floor lobby toilet max. 1 star. Main issue and absolutely not Hilton standard: the breakfast. Neither Chinese (my wife is Chinese and tried it) nor western food meet any Hilton standards. No fresh fruit juice, old and dirty coffee machines. The staff was very helpful though and tried to soften the obvious issues. Which leds to the conclusion: this hotel seems to have a severe management problem. I would rather not choose it again. Especially as it was way too expensive. We paid 1700+ RMB per night (2 adults, one kid) including said breakfast.

Facilities: Overall, it’s okay. I want to have a better night’s stay when I take my baby to Putuo Mountain. I want to find a hotel with a swimming pool so that my baby can play in the water. The garden view room I originally booked was upgraded to a sea view room for free. Looking at the outside area, the hotel has a wave pool and an outdoor swimming pool. It is estimated that it will be lively in summer, and it is suitable for children to play in the water. There is no water in the off-season now. Environment: There are many seafood restaurants within a 200-meter walk, which are very convenient to eat. Spring afternoon tea set: salty desserts are more delicious.

I didn’t do a strategy to choose a hotel randomly. You can see the sea and feel very good. The hotel is in a resort, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The environment of the whole resort is very good, quite high-end, very quiet, very suitable for bringing children to play, there are many entertainment and sports facilities inside, you can stay for a few more days during the summer vacation if you have time. It takes about ten minutes to go to Dongsha to watch the sunrise in the morning, and five or six minutes to drive to Nansha, because I can only visit other attractions for one day, and the facilities in Zhujiajian are much more mature than other small islands in Zhoushan.
