The location of the hotel is on Haiyin Road, very close to Kaihong Plaza and Shanshan Tiandi. Although the room is a bit old, it is still clean. I live in room 8620. After dinner for two days in a row, I could see that the guests were dissatisfied because they didn't have a seat. Even so, the service attitude was very bad and especially indifferent. Especially on the second night of staying on March 19, the lady who charged for the buffet at night had a cold attitude, spoke stiffly, and paid the bill as if she owed money. I thought I was unhappy at dinner yesterday, maybe because I didn't understand the rules of the hotel, so I came early today and queued up. As a result, I came down excitedly again. The hotel is a nice hotel close to “city center”. However not close to the sight seeing spots. The facilities are clean and of a high standard overall we had a nice comfortable stay. I do wish the breakfast had more foreign options.

The hotel is in a great location near the seaside, you can easily hire a Hello Bike from outside the hotel and ride around town. The staff were very helpful and supportive, 小徐 helped us at check-out and with our Didi, but a special thanks to 小李 who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable and always assisting with our every need. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was very delicious, we were served this delicious noodle soup as well as the traditional Chinese breakfast. The staff made every arrangement to cater to our friend who is gluten intolerant, and that was very helpful indeed. We will make sure to stay here again next time we’re in the island!!
