Qushu Holiday Villa (Zhuhai Haiquan Bay) Reviews

The villa was not cleaned well and we asked the cleaner to come back to clean. There was a cockroach in the kitchen sink and the floors were visibly dirty. The cleaner came to clean and had a negative attitude towards us, she cleaned haphazardly and did not acknowledge our requests. The gas stove was not working, the cutlery was not cleaned and were either broken or damaged making it unusable. Upon check-out, the host was extremely used and insisted we leave quickly before the stipulated check-out time. Overall we did not have a very pleasant stay and this could've been avoided if there was better care and attention to detail made by the host

The villa offers great value for money and ample space for a comfortable stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance. The host was responsive, which contributed to a pleasant experience for our group, especially with kids. The highlight for the children was the swimming pool, providing them with hours of enjoyment.

The villa is quite nice and confortable, easy for 10 people ! However the swimming pool was a bit small and the surrounding empty. The staff was super and helpful !

Good, clean and tidy houses, child likes the swimming pool and we all enjoys the karaoke, we all have a fun holiday in there,. House keepers are helpful and nice, good house!

I stay in the hotel for 1 night, it is very good and we all have fun. It is very clean and the room look nice.

Service is very good

A family and friends a total of 13 people, facilities have slide pool, sparrow, karaoke, each floor has a toilet, except the basement floor no, but sparrow, karaoke are in the basement, every time to the toilet to walk up the stairs, swimming pool many weeds and insects, staff are clear in the morning and afternoon

The decoration is relatively old, once you go to the TV has broken to replace immediately, the facilities provided are there, KTV mahjong swimming pool BBQ stove, but KTV choices are not many, swimming pool has floating objects, cleaned and (because more wind) mattress too hard (I personally do not like), need to have 3 bathrooms, only one can be flushed, the rest clogged or flushed water can not, the agent said not to put toilet paper (has not enough to put toilet paper after flushing). Said there was butler service, because we were here, she just cleaned up some trash, mopped the floor, changed towels (only put down one on the left), and luckily we all brought disposable towels.

The swimming pool will be cleaned by someone, so you can swim with confidence You can have BBQ, but the BBQ stove is very old.  The KTV room in the basement has cigarette butts left by the previous hand. The room has a peculiar smell and needs some ventilation to eliminate it.

The environment is nice and the space is large. There are yards in front and back, and the car can be parked in the yard. The housekeeper service is good. It was a very satisfying trip. We had a lot of fun.

The owner is friendly, the housekeeper is responsible, and provides travel itineraries attentively. The villa is large and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. It is suitable for family and friends to get together for many activities. There are free game consoles, electric mahjong, and karaoke speakers. There are just no restaurants nearby. You have to call a car to go out for 20 minutes. There are many restaurant choices in large malls. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

Although transportation is inconvenient in this resort park, the villa environment is very comfortable. There are five rooms and nine beds on four floors. The mattresses are Simmons, which makes people sleep very well. There are abundant facilities, including karaoke, TV and mahjong machines to meet your entertainment needs. Although it was a little disappointing that there was no water in the outdoor swimming pool, overall, three families and several children happily stayed together for three days and two nights, leaving behind wonderful memories and a very pleasant experience!

It's clean and hygienic overall, a bit like visiting someone else's home. It has basically all the equipment you would find at home. The customer service is also very considerate and answers questions promptly. It's not far from the park, and you can get there in a few minutes by car.
