The worst hotel I've ever stayed in Vienna. There were hairs on the bed after I checked in. I called the front desk and changed the room directly. However, it's hard to describe. Although it's understandable that it's busy during the May Day holiday, it can't be so bad. There were even things on the towels. Haha. It was too late and the child was sleepy, so we just made do with it. The next day, the child had bumps on his body.
