Borrman Hotel (Zibo Taoci Liuliguan Shandong University of Technology)

I just checked out of the Borman Hotel in Zibo, and I have to give it a rave review! The location is incredibly convenient, with no worries for BBQ and other dining options. The room was surprisingly clean, and the bedding was so soft and fluffy I couldn't get up once I laid down, even after a late night out and about, I was asleep in no time. The bathroom had a perfect dry and wet separation, with hot water running quickly and consistently, and the toiletries were comfortable. My biggest compliment goes to the front desk lady. Check-in was super fast, and she thoughtfully recommended a local barbecue restaurant away from the tourist crowds. The food was amazing! She even gave us a small gift upon check-out—so many thoughtful touches. This hotel is such a great value, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zibo. It's already on my bucket list!

Just finished my stay at the Borman Hotel in Zibo, and I have to rave about it! The moment we walked in, I was immediately struck by the front desk lady's enthusiasm. She proactively asked if we were here for fun and even pulled out her phone to recommend a few barbecue stalls popular with locals. She even explained the best times to avoid peak hours. This kind of dedication is a hallmark of Zibo people! The room was absolutely amazing. As soon as I opened the door, it was bright and airy. The sheets were perfectly made, not even dust was visible in the cracks between the bedside tables, and the glass bathroom door was so clean you could see through it. It was a truly comfortable stay. The location is most convenient. There's a bus stop downstairs, making it easy to get to the Badaju District. A taxi to the train station is a snap, so I never had to worry about transportation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zibo!

Five-star reviews! I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is in a great location, close to attractions and conveniently located for food and shopping. The front desk was friendly and attentive, and they proactively helped me upgrade my room. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly. The breakfast was varied and especially suited my taste. The large chicken drumstick was delicious, and the fruit was fresh. It was a great value for money, and I would stay here again next time! Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Save as many people as you can. Don't book this hotel. It's outrageous. They say it just opened this year, but only the elevator in the lobby is okay. Inside, the facilities are very old. The shower head half works and half doesn't. The bathroom is rusty. The toilet is covered in dirt and there are hairs on the floor. With the mentality of not looking for trouble when you're away from home, I just asked the waiter to clean it. But then it got even worse. I went back to the hotel to wash my face that night, and the basin was leaking. The toilet floor was leaking. I called the front desk and they told me it wouldn't be fixed until tomorrow. Today, I could only wipe it with a cloth and cover it up. I endured it again. The next day, I came back at noon to find that someone had been in the room. The toilet was extremely dirty, with urine and dirt. The paper I put behind the toilet was also thrown on the bathroom floor. I called the manager, and he just said, "Excuse me, please clean it for me." My question is, shouldn't I have informed you in advance if someone entered my room before I checked out? And used my toilet? And didn't even clean it! What's even more interesting is that the cleaning lady came to clean the toilet and used a toilet brush to clean the inside and outside of the toilet. Is your toilet cleaned like this? I asked if there was any solution and she just said sorry. She didn't want to cause trouble and just considered it a good deed for herself. Everyone should just stay away.

First: Is this the hotel that opened in 2025? Second: The hotel lacks well-planned, neatly organized parking. Third: Every room in the hotel has two mirrors facing the bed. This is terrible. Who would have a bed facing a mirror in a hotel room? Fourth: We were tourists from Shanxi Province visiting Zibo. One of the hotel staff was also from Shanxi. We requested to check out or change rooms due to room issues. The staff sarcastically asked, "Are you from Huguan, Changzhi, Shanxi?" As a Changzhi local, we all understand what this means: it's difficult to deal with. Five: As tourists, shouldn't we raise questions and make demands if there are issues with the hotel room? Sixth: The hotel shower has a strong odor.

第一次來淄博，不愧是好客山東，酒店工作人員服務態度超好！酒店的床和枕頭都很舒服，而且房間內部安靜隔音，不會被噪音打擾，怕吵的小夥伴可放心選擇，還有早餐也很nice哦！這次呆的時間太短，有點遺憾，希望有機會可以來玩久一點😉
