能救一個是一個 千萬別定這家酒店 太離譜了 説了今年新開業的 也就大堂電梯還行 進去設施很老舊 花灑一半出水一半不出 浴室都生銹了 進去馬桶上都是臟東西 地上還有頭髮 抱着在外地不找事兒的心態衹是讓服務員打掃了一下 更離譜的來了 晚上就回酒店洗臉 水盆漏水了 漏了廁所滿地都是 打前台告知明兒才能修 今兒衹能拿布擦擦蓋上 我再一次忍了 轉天中午回來就發現房間進過人了 馬桶上巨臟都是尿漬和臟東西 我放在馬桶後邊的紙也被扔在了浴室地上 叫了經理全程就一句不好意思幫您打掃一下 我想請問呢 我沒退房誰進了我的房間不應該提前告知嗎 還用的我的廁所？還不擦乾淨！更有意思的 保潔來做衞生 拿馬桶刷刷完馬桶裡邊又刷馬桶外邊 請問你家廁所也這麼打掃嗎 我問有什麼解決方案 就一句不好意思 不想找事兒了就當給自己積德 大家都別來就對了

衞生：乾淨整潔，細節滿滿
環境：整體色調鮮明活潑
服務：酒店工作人員服務熱情，非常專業。
酒店地理位置超級在線，不僅房間住起來舒適，離景區也很近，離海岱樓，陶瓷琉璃館都很方便，十分推薦，絕了，絕了。

看着顯示2025新開業，評分還挺高，就臨時訂的這裏，進了房間之後，沒有想象中的那麼新，設施都很老舊～地面還有臟東西～
最值得吐槽的就是這些開關～不知道誰設計的，這是生怕客人看到寫的啥是嗎？感覺自己就像個**一樣～而且整個房間都不智能，窗簾要自己手動，馬桶也不是智能的，給的一次性馬桶墊都套不上～淋浴的花灑特別老舊，（忘了給花灑拍照）洗澡的時候花灑亂滋水，開關跟管子連接的位置嘩嘩漏水。洗手池也特別低。

第一: 請問這就是2025年新開業的酒店嗎？
第二: 酒店沒有規劃好，整齊的停車位
第三: 酒店每個房間的床都會正對的兩面鏡子，這一點很不好，誰家好人酒店房間床會正對鏡子？
第四: 我們作為山西遊客去淄博旅遊，酒店服務人員其中一名也有山西的，因為房間問題要求退房或者換房，酒店人員帶着嘲諷問（你們是山西長治壺關的嗎）這個意思作為山西長治本地人都懂，意思就是難纏
第五: 我們作為遊客，酒店房間有問題我們不可以提出問題，提出訴求嗎？
第六: 酒店淋浴間異味很大

酒店位置好找，前台小姐姐人美心善，主動幫忙拿行李，房間打掃挺好的，乾淨整潔，酒店有停車場，方便停車，假期第一天入住，讓我感受到家的感覺，貼心，真棒！！！！

酒店的環境非常好，衞生也很好，床非常舒服！酒店的服務也很到位，給我們升級了家庭房！停車就在樓下很方便，下次來淄博還會選擇這裏周邊吃飯的地方也很近，好多燒烤店！

房間乾淨衞生，非常漂亮，很亮堂。特別是前台員工值得表揚，看我們帶孩子，主動問是否需要小童牙刷和拖鞋，孩子很喜歡卡通的牙刷，還讓帶回家用。值得推薦這家酒店！

房間很大，價格也合理，還有自動麻將機，跟小朋友隨便玩了玩，打發時間。酒店配有一次性馬桶墊，拖鞋質量也很好，穿起來很舒適。
