The room was big and clean. Overall comfortable and warm. We are a family of three out to play, and the hotel staff is very enthusiastic. In the case of non-peak season, help upgrade the business bed room for free, and provide a free breakfast (there are quite a lot of varieties). The child also helped to tease and divert her attention when making trouble. Very friendly and professional. I really recommend everyone to experience it. This store has only been built for a few years, new and clean! Blind access is not lost! Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

Very new and clean Hotel with excellent Hotel Staff Service, especially Ms Lucy Wan who is very friendly and professional who catered to all my requests. A hotel that I will return to stay again when I'm back in Zibo. Thank you Lucy

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming, and it was comfortable to return to the hotel after a day of playing. The hotel also provided a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities. I especially liked it.

Hotel location in an apartment building is not very good to find, need to enter the building to 1115 on the 11th floor, downstairs is paid parking, but the road is free on both sides of the road is not far from the hotel. I came here to play during the May Day holiday. There was a traffic jam in the old town and it was difficult to park. I chose this hotel which opened in November 2023. The whole house is smart and very clean. It is quiet and comfortable to live on the 16th floor. It is about 2.3 kilometers away from Haidai Building and even closer to Shicun Market. It only takes 5 minutes to ride a bike. The location is very good and there is an address garage. Highly recommended!
