民宿位置好離遊客中心走路5分鐘，老闆熱心腸，提前幫忙聯繫接站，介紹資興的遊玩地，特意拍了霧漫小東江的視頻。民宿各方面都好，除了樓層有點高。

老闆説在一線街道，這房子貨不對板，不是在一線街道，而是在裏面出租房，陰暗還要爬樓梯，就像出租房裡6個房間，大夥公用一個客廳，沒有服務人員，而且超級不隔音，設施破舊不堪，廁所透明玻璃隔斷連接外面客廳，殘舊電熱水器，時冷時熱，還把身體燙傷，單間的房沒有其它設施，超級差差差！！

兩家人暑假出遊，訂了一間雙床房一間大床，兩間房間都很乾凈，床墊枕頭挺舒服的，離服務中心步行幾分鐘就到了，可以找店家幫忙訂各景點門票，這次由於天氣關係出了小狀況，老闆很給力全部幫忙搞定了，服務態度挺好的！性價比挺高！

週末跟朋友來郴州玩，一羣人選擇了近小東江的民宿，房東超好的，提前幫忙代訂了優惠門票，我們到的時候比較晚還專門出來接我們，有什麼需求都及時解決了，房間也都很大很舒服，下次再來還住這裏

房子外觀有點舊，裏面還可以，不是特別挑剔的可以入住，乾淨整潔，我們五個人入住，比較適合人多或者家庭居住！

因為想離東江湖景區更近些，早上可以起晚點，所以選擇了這個民宿，確實不錯，走路不到10分鐘就可以進去了。

民宿老闆人超好的，基本有求必應，房間設施都不錯，乾淨整潔，還能幫忙定景區門票，給留好停車位，樓下也有早餐店，味道還不錯，總體來説性價比很高！推薦入住！
