一開始，我訂了兩個不同規格的房型，一個陽台江景，一個180°江景，陽台江景房我是用了攜程的優惠券的，在前台辦理入住時，想安排在同一樓層，前台説沒有，可以讓我補差價升級180°江景房，很離譜，前台把平台優惠券金額無視，要我補全部金額差價，我拒絕了，重新訂了兩間能挨在一起的陽台江景房，分別為222房跟223房，我分別去了兩間房，223房味道很重，打電話給前台更換了房間至221房，那天晚上下午，221窗外右側有一個屋檐的，滴雨的聲音非常大，所以當晚我關閉了右側窗户，左側窗户打開了一點點，並且睡覺時關閉了窗簾，房間的空調不知是什麼情況，製冷不製冷，關閉了空調也在28度左右，特別熱，（外面温度應該不超過10度，我開了通風效果也不佳，第二天早上醒來嗓子眼乾的説不出話，同住的孩子醒來後一直乾咳。幸好東江湖旅遊區是一個天然氧吧，呼吸了新鮮空氣很舒服。之後我到了郴州市區賬單我有東西落在酒店，酒店説確實有，但是阿姨沒有主動彙報～自己細想
