性價比極高，乾淨衞生，離景區很近。管家態度好，有求必應，樓下有個大花園，可惜我們去的時候比較晚，沒體驗到白天的花園景觀，晚上和朋友在花園喝個小酒，非常不錯的體驗。離店後才想起要開票，管家也非常配合，點贊。

民宿位於小東江旅遊景區附近。步行約20-30分鐘，開車約6分鐘。鬧中取靜。圖片與實景相符。民宿有游泳池，夏天帶娃出行的小夥伴是個不錯的選擇👍，而且民宿還特意設計了幾個喝茶聊天的空間可以讓與玩伴一起聊聊，感覺挺舒服悠閑的。民宿衞生乾淨，住房寬闊。服務態度非常好，會幫忙提行李，民宿老闆娘熱情和藹，有問必答。很熱心的為我們介紹遊玩攻略。這間民宿會是我下次再來郴州的選擇👍

環境不錯 挺文藝的，還有茶室比較休閑。
停車也算方便，門口就可以停車。
房間設施比較一般，細節不太行
淡季出遊比較划算吧

小院非常舒服，泳池很大，適合一家人出遊一起玩，還可以在院子裏進行露天電影活動。房間環境也很不錯，窗外綠樹成蔭，裏面整潔舒適，休息時很安靜舒服。

位置很便利，離景點，吃的都很近，過個橋就是了，民宿很特別，好看的，隨便拍了幾張，可惜太累了時間也趕，都沒能在裏面拍拍照，也沒能坐外面享受下，去到看了下電影就去馬皇丘了。有個缺點就是房間雙床那裡，有一個床直接對着門，這個設計不好。

好舒服的一個小院子，老闆人很好，提供各種旅遊攻略，在院子裏坐着涼風習習都不想回去睡覺了，去景區也很近，老闆説還可以去大橋上吹風，好多本地人都在哪裡玩，還可以看看吊橋燈光秀😂，記得讓老闆告訴你走小路，不然要繞一圈，去小東江都不用開車，步行就可以了，白廊，高椅嶺，裕後街都在附近更方便，
