住了這個酒店讓我覺得出遊心情都不好了，裝修風格確實還可以，但是發生了很多不愉快的事情，酒店説了可以免費停車，都到樓下了告訴我們因為有人結婚把車位停滿了，讓我們自己處理，2025年裝修的，但是馬桶壞了，客服來看也沒有解決，讓我們自己去公共廁所。體驗感超級差。

新裝修的酒店就是不一樣！房間乾淨明亮，設施嶄新又時尚，住得超舒服～最驚喜的是居然免費提供投影儀，晚上躺在床上看電影簡直太享受了，氛圍感拉滿！
早餐也超讚，品種豐富又新鮮，熱乎乎的現做餐點暖胃又暖心。服務人員態度親切，主動幫忙解決問題，體驗感滿分！ 性價比超高，細節處處用心，絕對會推薦給朋友，下次來還要住這裏！

嘖嘖嘖 以下如圖所示
酒店是新裝修的 房間有味道可以理解的 畢竟價格就擺在那裡的 但是關於酒店人員的服務我可就有話説了呢
第一：我們去辦入住時 前台還在吃東西（這個可以理解 不是説不可以吃飯 ）但是客人來了你至少應該先給客人辦入住吧 直接無視客人先吃東西 後面等了一哈才開始辦的入住 前台是沒有經歷過培訓嗎？辦個入住辦了十分鐘 不會辦入住就別來幹前台啦 客人是站着的 工作人員是坐着的 簡直太棒啦
第二：我雖然沒有身份證原件 但是我都説了我有照片為什麼要叫我刷臉？我男朋友帶着頭盔不方便取下來並且手裡提的有東西 我都説了我拿身份證照片 工作人員語氣還特別不好質問我 為什麼不刷臉？咋滴公安局你家開的？你家強制客人刷臉？難道不知道強制刷臉是違法的嗎？你是沒有經過九年義務教育嗎？沒跟你培訓過啊？
第三：辦入住時工作人員（兩個女生 一胖一瘦 特別是胖胖的那個女生態度特別不好 我是消費的 我又不是差你錢 我並不代表我消費我就是上帝 我純屬實事求是 前台都有監控 建議老闆把監控調出來看一下你的員工是什麼工作的）還在開麥打遊戲 辦個入住十分鐘 我都可以辦七八個客人的入住了（本人就是幹酒店工作的）
第四：前台的電話打不通就把座機給扔了好嗎 直接把酒店關了好嗎 打個電話需要送東西把四五個都打不通 請問前台沒人嗎？還是電話打不通呢？實在不行轉行吧 不太適合幹這個
第五：房間的衞生真的是堪憂啊……馬桶上面的尿液是專門噁心人的嗎 你們給我舔了 這麼明顯的衞生都可以隨便開出去嗎？真的不怕砸了酒店的口碑嗎？人也不行酒店也不行
第六：酒店規模也挺大的呀 老闆別這麼扣呀 每個房間搞兩塊地巾好不好啦 而且酒店衞生間設計的也不合理 洗個澡出來 浴室裏麪房間外面全部都是水 不知道的我還以為樓上漏水了呢 還容易被摔倒

酒店環境好新開業的全是自動化的，馬桶都是智能的 投影儀清晰，就在丁字口中心，晚上路邊有宵夜去哪裡都方便 還有免費停車，酒店還有早餐🥣很豐富，入住還有免費咖啡豆漿飲用真的太好了！還有健身房專用打印區還不錯！第一次來遵義住到這種風格的酒店體驗感很好，下次來遵義還來入住！

退房的時候接待的小帥哥態度和藹，認真細緻，言語温和。
美中不足的是 房間沒有垃圾桶，衹有衞生間有一個垃圾桶， 扔垃圾很不方便。

前台小哥服務很好，各方面都不錯。就是床鋪衞生需要注意點，有個床鋪不乾淨。上面有污點，毛纖維也較多。改變一下清洗方式，別的沒什麼問題。

酒店還是新開的，入住裏面一股味道，空調不行，沒得冷風，沒得蚊香液，深更半夜遭蚊子咬醒，熱醒。服務還可以，晚上換了房間。
