Arrival and Check-in Due to the late hour and the Spring Festival holiday, only one person was on duty at the front desk, but check-in was quick. Room Experience Welcome fruit was provided, but we didn't eat it because it was so late. There weren't many guests, so the overall soundproofing was difficult to assess; we could hear fireworks outside from the window. Unfortunately, the sink drained slowly, leaving noticeable water pooling while washing up, requiring a wait to empty. Hopefully, the engineering department can address this promptly. Dining Experience Given the occupancy rate, breakfast was served as a set menu. We did try the Xishui mutton rice noodles, which were a good portion size and offered a good variety. Summary This hotel is spacious, with excellent facilities, thoughtful food service, and pleasant surprises in the details. We believe it will provide guests with a perfect stay."

"When I brought my kids to visit the Zunyi Conference Site, I wanted to stay somewhere nearby. This place is only 300 meters from the site, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a Walmart right downstairs and a food court, with Victory Square across the street and a food street just 400 meters away. The location is absolutely fantastic! The restaurant downstairs is also good, with a wide variety for breakfast and reasonable prices. Other guests mentioned noise from the school, but since we checked in on a weekend, we weren't affected at all. An unexpected bonus was the phoenix trees right outside the window; the yellow leaves in the winter sun made for an amazing view. The room was clean and tidy, though the electric kettle had clearly been cleaned with white vinegar, as it had a strong vinegary smell when opened. Definitely recommended! I didn't take any pictures of the room, so I've included a photo of a hot pot from the food street instead, haha."

"I brought my elderly parents and young child to Zunyi, and after comparing about a dozen five-star/diamond hotels, we ultimately chose this one. The stay truly exceeded our expectations. A few details really highlight the hotel's management quality: 1. The lobby manager, around thirty years old, was incredibly perceptive. He proactively met us when we arrived for check-in and brought us water while we were doing the paperwork. The next day, after I dropped my family off at the hotel entrance parking area, another car parked to the side, making it difficult for my somewhat wide car to pass. Just as I was about to get out and ask them to move, the lobby manager appeared and helped coordinate the car's relocation. In short, he even took on the duties of the bellman. 2. The front desk staff proactively helped my family take their luggage to the room. 3. My elderly parent scraped their arm while hiking, and the hotel front desk helped us purchase ointment. 4. After coming back in the evening and wanting to wash some dirty clothes, the front desk arranged for them to be picked up. They were washed, dried, sealed, packed, and returned, all within three hours. In the past, these were standard services for major international five-star chains, but now many Ctrip five-diamond and even five-star hotels don't offer this level of service anymore. It's rare that this hotel still maintains it. The hotel's decor isn't brand new, but it's generally clean and hygienic. The bedding and throws met expectations, and very importantly, the carpets didn't have that dirty, dingy look. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Suzhou Road, just a two or three-minute walk away, in a bustling commercial area with many restaurants. Our room faced the residential complex side, so it was quiet and not noisy. This hotel also offers a complimentary daily fruit platter, executive lounge afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. I heard you can even book a session to feed alpacas. Although we went out to eat and drink every day and didn't have time to pet animals, the free amenities were really nice. The service attitude of the front desk, lobby manager, and even the cleaning staff was beyond expectations. They smiled sweetly, responded quickly, and proactively greeted us from a distance, which is much better than the usual 'professional' smile. This is truly commendable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a rare five-diamond hotel that truly met our expectations."

The first time I saw the room without the room card to get electricity, I heard that it was the human body intelligent sensing. The room card was automatically powered after swiping the door. From the beginning of the stay, I was pleasantly surprised. There are free suppers, this room rate can be booked in such a room, very satisfied!"

"Let's start with the positives: the hotel's amenities and disposable toiletries were noticeably refined, and the breakfast was incredibly rich, comparable to a five-star hotel! Now for the downsides: 1. The hotel and scenic area are integrated, but the shuttle service for check-in was terrible. We entered from Xizhaikou, and they wouldn't handle our luggage. It took one and a half hours for two front desk staff members to check us in and for two shuttle rides to get us to our room. 2. We chose a twin room with an unobstructed view, but what we actually saw was the building across the street. For over 800 yuan, it was advertised as spacious and comfortable, but the room was actually quite small. With two 1.2-meter beds, there was barely enough space to turn around. We had to call three times to get the children's slippers delivered. 3. After I reported the issues, Ctrip resolved them very quickly. The hotel called to ask for details, but didn't offer any compensation, just told us to go enjoy our trip, which I did. My good rating goes to Ctrip. Everyone should choose according to their needs."

The hotel service was heartwarming. Xiao Li at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and attentive during check-in, patiently answering all my questions and even offering me some delicious fruit. The next day, they even upgraded my breakfast for free (it wasn't included in my original booking). I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zunyi."

The hotel's location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the Zunyi Conference Site, and there are tons of snack shops on Hongjun Street, making it incredibly convenient for family meals. The parking lot also has plenty of spaces. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and not at all cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring my elderly family members rested well. The open-air corridors offer expansive views, and it was wonderfully relaxing to enjoy the breeze and scenery in the evening. They even offered heartwarming congee at night, which was perfect for warming the stomach and very considerate for those returning late with kids. The self-service laundry room comes with independent dryers, which is a lifesaver for long trips when you need to dry clothes quickly – a real essential for families with children. The 'angelic' front desk staff were gentle and attentive, patiently answering all our questions and providing thoughtful service throughout our stay. The chocolate puppies were also adorable. The overall environment was quiet and serene, not noisy or chaotic, making it ideal for a family to relax and unwind. Everything, from hygiene and facilities to service, was impeccable, and it offered great value for money. The next time I bring my family to Zunyi, I'll definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it to all friends traveling with kids or family!"

I called the front desk, and they didn't have an aroma diffuser, so they sent up a small air freshener spray. The smell would disappear after a couple of sprays but then return. The air conditioning was also quite loud when turned on."

The location is excellent, right in the city center, and it's only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the Zunyi Conference Meeting Site, making check-in very convenient."
