Book again this hotel with the good location. Walking distance to the train station.

The location is good, but at the reservation there wasn’t any staff members there to help.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and right in the heart of Zurich city center. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made everything super convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage for a few hours before check-in so we could head out and start exploring the city. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Zurich!

Modern hotel with cosy rooms. Distance from Zurich HB train station is about a 15mins walk. iPad is used to control most of the functions in the room. We had issues with the Chromecast in our room and the hotel staff, Viktoriya, came to our rescue. The issue was not fixed but she was quick enough to offer another room, which turned out to be bigger, and we were able to binge watch our Netflix korean drama. We are very appreciative of Viktoriya's help and how she resolved the issue professionally. Highly recommend this hotel!

Convenient location and accessible to the restaurants nearby. Helpful staff all day long.

The check out is very early @ 11 am if you delay you will pay penalty and no one is informed us before. Also the rooms and corridor smell bad.

Highly recommend.

The room was bigger than I thought it would be! For a place with 14-15m2, it’s pretty well laid out and doesn’t feel too small. The technology is fun, and the service was great — there was always someone there to help or answer my questions. The only glitch seemed to be that controlling everything from an iPad isn’t perfect and my blind got stuck so I had trouble rolling it up until right before I checked out, but since I hardly spent any time in the room anyway, it didn’t really matter. I would stay there again! Nice quality and comfortable 😊
