Basic rooms. Shower awful, falling off the wall when turned on. The location is ok about 10 mins walk from HB. Good bar opposite open very late. If from Uk bring a uk-Swiss adapter as I messaged the hotel to ask if they had uk adapters and they said yes but on arrival said they had given them all out. Luckily I had taken a euro adapter too and they had an adapter for that.

El hotel es peculiar, pero es lo más barato que encontraréis en Zúrich, y más o menos cumple su cometido de ser un hotel de pasada, para estancias cortas. El hotel está situado encima de un club de copas/striptease, pero ese no es el problema. El problema es que comparten entrada, y al menos en nuestro caso al llegar tuvimos que decirle a la chica del club, que llamara a la que se encarga de la recepción para que pudiéramos hacer el check-in y nos cobrara la reserva. Una vez pasado el trámite, y además hay que decir que la chica era simpática e hispanohablante, el hotel es un hotel normal y corriente, la habitación es correcta (aunque se les va la pinza con la calefacción, en pleno noviembre dormíamos con la ventana abierta) , decir que la mayoría de baños están fuera de la habitación, mal menor. Tienen servicio de cambio de toallas y ropa de cama, y nuestras 3 noches allí transcurrieron con normalidad.

Ich hab NICHT übernachtet - ABER, guten Service erkennt man, wenn etwas nicht klappt wie erhofft. Unser Konzert in Zürich wurde kurzfristig abgesagt... und obwohl die kostenlose Stornierungfrist schon klar abgelaufen war, ist uns das Hotel zu 100% entgegen gekommen und wir mussten am Ende nichts bezahlen. Das ist toller Service. Und nicht selbstverständlich.
