Cuiping Hills (Yangshuo)

Getting There - We took a driver from West Street to the Cuiping Mountains. 30minutes drive. Attractions - The stunning hills at sunset are something incredible. Best time to go in the summer is at 5:30pm. Hotels - Stayed in West Street. Food & Restaurants - Nothing out here it's in the countryside, break water. This place is a must to watch the sunset. We were lucky we got speaking to people in a bar the night before that told us about it. We also used the same driver on WeChat. 200RMB for the ride out and 50RMB enterance fee. Water rafting in Xinping | Yangshuo

This is a highly recommend activity for all who visit Yangshuo. Xinping is located close to the Yangshuo railway station so it’s perfect to do this on arrival or before you leave Yangshuo. You need to book a spot for 150rmb and choose a time. There are a few time slots available throughout the day. You can take a didi to the location then a bus will transport you to the top where you claim your ticket and store your valuables in a locker. You will then proceed to another bus which drives you to the starting point. Each boat seats 2 people and the whole course is about 1 hour 30mins. it’s fun it’s safe and there are photos taken at different spots which you can claim at the end for 10rmb per photo or 80rmb for all of your photos. There are shops to buy shoes and T-shirts and anything else you may need if you are not dressed to get wet. Missing your wind still blew to Yangshuo Traveling to Yangshuo, West Street is a must-visit! Found a very convenient hotel!! It's at the entrance of West Street, and it's quite close to various scenic spots in Yangshuo 🛵10min to reach the Ten Mile Gallery, 🛵8min to reach Guilin Qian Gu Qing⛰️ It's very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, and they also have the best viewing spot on West Street!! The floor-to-ceiling windows can overlook the entire West Street, and the night view🌃 is also super beautiful!! The hotel is all soundproof glass, so you don't have to worry about noise at all!! Yangshuo is what it is - an awesome playground of karst mountains that are: a) easy to get to - train to Guilin and then a bus, flight to Guilin and a bus or even just a train straight to Yangshuo b) easy to get around in - renting an e-bike is both incredibly easy and cost effective from most hotels in the area and, when push comes to shove, having that freedom to get around is a godsend. c) incredibly aesthetic - whether sunrise or sunset, the whole town and the surrounding area is something to admire. By far one of the best hikes I’ve completed in China. I stayed at Yangshuo Riverside Hotel and took a 25 minute scooter ride to this hiking location. There are 6 waterfalls to see. Check out some of the amazing views. Must do! #travelinspiration #hikingtrails #outdoor #summervacation

😋 After many years in China I still discover new intriguing and tastebuds awaking flavors. 📍 Yangshuo in the Guangxi province (southern China 🇨🇳) was truly a culinary gem. ⏰ Breakfast: start your day with a hearty bowl of Guilin noodz with some pickles and egg 🕛 Lunch: pork with coriander sprinkled with some peanuts because why not?! Super refreshing on a hot day 🫖 Afternoon tea: there is not a tea more suitable to beat the southern heat than an osmanthus tea. Pair with some osmanthus wine if you’re adventurous. 🍽 Dinner: Apparently beer fish is a must try when in Yangshuo. I opted for shrimps and dep fried river fish instead and find an excuse to visit this beautiful place one more time! #yangshuo #china #foodie #foodieheaven

The peaks rise from the ground, like works of art carefully carved by nature🎨. Some look like camels🐫, some look like old men👴, they are all different and continuous. 💦The water of the Lijiang River is even more unique. It is clear and transparent, like a huge mirror🪞, reflecting the surrounding mountains and sky. Sitting on a bamboo raft and going downstream, it feels like being in a flowing landscape painting🖼️. 🌳There are also quaint towns here. Walking on the bluestone road, you can feel the charm of history. I recently discovered a super atmospheric resort hotel - Murakami Village Resort, and I must share it with you 😎 As soon as you step into the hotel, it's like entering a peaceful and beautiful world. Its overall architectural style is unique, blending natural and modern elements, with wooden structures paired with large glass windows. When the sunlight pours in, the interplay of light and shadow is as beautiful as a painting 🖼️ The hotel rooms are even more stunning, each one is cozy and comfortable, with soft bedding that makes all the fatigue of the day disappear. And from the room's window, you can either see lush garden views or the shimmering pool scenery, with an excellent view 👍 Speaking of facilities, they are also quite rich. There is a large outdoor pool where you can swim and then lie on the poolside lounge chair, sipping juice and enjoying the breeze, it's simply too relaxing.
