I skipped qoori qoori several times when I passed by here thinking with its location it could be a pricey place for no other reason. The one afternoon I decided to check. Surprisingly it wasn't as bad as i thought. There were several drinks under 100 baht range which is acceptable. It's mostly famous for serving kakigori and café drinks. The prices are reasonable for the kakigori too. There are some xakes and the drink selection is good. We tried their mango and Thai milk tea kakigori. It may not be the best in Thailand, but it’s better than average. The shaved ice base isn’t overly sweet, which is great, and the sweetener is provided separately so you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. I stayed at the hotel near this beach (Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort) and it provides everything you need for a chilled out beach holiday. As for the beach I can say it wasn’t the best experience, the beach is great for walking, but not for swimming. There are so many rocks in the water and you will need to wear water shoes to avoid hurting your feet. There’re not so many people coming to this area so it’s very quiet and empty everywhere around this beach. As I said it’s great for relaxing beach holiday with no crowds and noise. There’re some nice restaurants on the beach offering fresh sea food. But if you are looking for night life or you are in need of a shopping, Klong Muang may not be the best choice. Ao Nang, which has a big nightlife party scene, nice shops and plenty of restaurants is about 20 minute drive away from Klong Muang. #beachlife
