Heishul Xian (黑水县; Tibetan: ཁྲོ་ཆུ་རྫོང་།; Qiang: Vvlukvua) is a region in northern Sichuan Province, China. It is under the administration of the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Region.
