Pleasant Stay with Minor Check-In Issue
We spent three lovely nights here. The room was spotless and spacious, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The only odd aspect of our stay was the check-in process. Since we arrived late, there was no staff on-site, and we had to use a code sent via email to unlock the exterior door. Inside, there was a "self check-in machine," but none of the reservation codes worked. Using the phone beside the machine, we contacted management, and someone assisted us in retrieving the keys to our room. Breakfast was delightful, served in the bar area with a great assortment of fresh and dried fruits, cereals, breads, Spanish ham and cheeses, eggs, and fresh orange juice. Visiting during the off-season meant that the hotel restaurant and pool were not open. Despite this, the private parking lot at the back was functional, though a bit tight. We thought the hotel offered good value overall and would happily return.
