My sister treated me to an afternoon tea at the Crystal Lounge in the Corinthia Hotel. The service was truly outstanding, and the food was absolutely incredible. I couldn't recommend it more highly. The staff were exceptionally attentive and genuinely lovely.

Opening hours are super chill—Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00—so you’ve got plenty of options to avoid the hottest part of the day. For real, don’t go at noon unless you’re trying to sweat it out, because there’s no air-con and the hangars can get 🔥. What’s inside? Get ready for a walk through history, because fans of vintage aircraft and cool tech will straight-up lose their minds here! You’ll find military and commercial planes from wayyy back, and the museum is packed with cameras used by military personnel during wartime. #falladventures #familytravel #travel Slightly out of the way to get to but well worth a visit. They have done a nice job with the stadium and surrounding sports complexes. Visit the shop and get a National shirt and the well looked after museum telling the story of Malta International football. The guy in the shop that looks after the museum as well is a genuine football fan , nice guy, and will let you look out over the stadium from directors level . The crafts centre with its retail outlets and aviation museum is a short stroll away to add to the day.

#falladventures #thingstodo Only on Tuesday but what a great market - it is huge with every kind of different stall you can name. It seems to last forever when walking through it. There is something for everyone here. Only problem is parking on the side streets - you need to get there early I’de say 8.00am to get a space. We actually got there at 9.30 but we’re very lucky to get a spot that somebody just drove out of. Definitely worth going to. This street market is good shopping if you want to bargain. Clothes, bags, belts, shoes, cellphone folders, towels among many other things etc You can find a lot here and this market is more valuable for shopping for a tourist than Marsaxlokk market. Go early on Tuesday mornings, as they close around 1100-1130. If its too hot, or rainy the close even earlier.

#falladventures #museums We visited this museum on the same day a bus load of high school students were there to complete workshops with airline companies such as Ryanair and Jet2 which did spoil the experience a bit. However we did get our tickets at a discounted price and we’re still able to view everything. Lots of extremely interesting exhibits including a spitfire, hurricane, Dakota and the remains of a fairey swordfish. They are restoring a gloster gladiator which they retrieved from the sea! Fascinating! Lots of personal stories to read too. A small cafe and reasonable toilet facilities. Well worth a visit.

If you read the previous reviews the package they offer is perfect for a small vineyard visit, not expensive and very easy to book. You can purchase more tastings and wine to take away it’s not expensive for a good product that’s not mass produced. Lovely staff give a very warm greeting. Then explain the history and background to the vineyard, vines and ownership. See the tanks and then the barriques in the cellar where there is the most handsome resident cat to get your attention. Taste 3 wines with a massive platter of local meats cheese bread olives etc. Worth the 35 euro and again the staff are amazing especially Carmen and Ingrid. Thank you

Every walk leads to a fountain or the bust of a British royal. Peacocks squawk; Muscovy ducks waddle about; turtles sun themselves. The flowerbeds are single-species and in mid-April had yet to reach their peak, but the overall effect was leafy and serene. The park is a challenge to reach by public bus, but the ride through the narrow streets of the Three Villages was a pleasure in itself.
