Again, there were only six people on the boat, which made the outing calm and free from crowds. The included meals—both breakfast and lunch—were excellent, making the entire excursion very pleasant. Following that, we went on a trip to El Cielo and El Cielito. Initially, we were taken aback as the boat was large and carried many people. Considering how small and intimate the previous tours had been, we were concerned. I reached out to Daniel, who promptly reassured us, explaining that this was the only excursion organized this way. In the end, despite our initial worries, the day turned out wonderful. There was an open bar on board, we had a lot of fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed this trip as well. Swimming with the whale shark was probably one of the most remarkable experiences and excellently organized. The group consisted of only ten people—five couples—and we jumped into the water two at a time. The guide on the boat and the staff member who accompanied us in the water to take photos were incredibly helpful. After purchasing the photos but not receiving them right away, I contacted Daniel, who once again took action, contacting the guide and ensuring the photos reached us. Small gestures like this truly made a huge difference for us. Our final trip was to Holbox, a breathtaking island that was absolutely worth visiting. The only thing we would note is the travel time from Cancún—it took about five hours each way by bus. We would have appreciated more information on the duration of the trip beforehand as we later found that departing from Playa del Carmen would have been much quicker. That said, the long journey didn’t detract from the quality of the excursion, which was exceptionally well-managed. In conclusion, we are extremely pleased with our choice to rely on this agency for our tours in Mexico. Tulum under scorching sun was stunning! A refreshing dip in a cool cenote was a blessing, complete with available showers, toilets, and changing cabins 👌 Then, the visit to a Mayan family—this was the most authentic highlight for me! We learned tortilla-making, shared conversations within their home, and had lunch together ❤️❤️ Biking through Coba was delightful; such a great idea! The site was amazing, and climbing atop the pyramid while spotting monkeys hiding at the summit was an amusing welcome 🤣 Our second excursion to Bacalar was very enjoyable! Beautiful landscapes featuring the sea, sun, and cenotes accompanied by Fabien 😊 A small downside for us was not realizing how far the place was, so there was quite a lot of driving.
