Unwind and Relax in Baler 🇵🇭
#timetotravel
Baler is known for it's surfing but Baler has so much more than that. Located 231 km norrtg east of Manila has gorgeous coves with mesmerizing landscapes. If you prefer peace and quiet then head to this place, this is Dicasalarin Cove. You can actually just come here for a quick day trip, basically just one of your stops while you travel around Baler. The views are spectacular, it is unlike the usual Philippine mountain views and terrains.
PS. It has very steep road and it is a bit challenging. I suggest you bring your own vehicle or you can rent a bike.
Entrance Fee: 300 pesos
Enjoy!

Beautiful beach you might want to consider into your next trip! All of the beaches in Baler are worth checking out: Sabang, Dicasalarin Cove, Diguisit, and many more.
Also, aside from their very beautiful and picture perfect beaches and attractions, Baler is also known as one of the best surfing spots in the Philippines. Surf is a pretty consistent activity here all year round so you do not have to worry when you are suppose to go, you can plan in your best time availability! But if you want to go when the best waves are seen, do November to April (Wet Season).
To sum up, Baler is one of the places I highly recommend for beach and surf enthusiast out there who are looking for places to visit and enjoy. You will never regret your decision to come and visit this marvelous place! #beaches #beachlife #surfing #surfersparadise

Surfing Under Baler Sun
Baler is undoubtedly the best surfing spot in the Philippines. Sabang Beach within the Baler Bay is located at the Pacific side of the archipelago has long pebbled sand beaches and big waves perfect to create big waves suitable for surfing.
We packed our bags and drove eastward to Baler for my nephew's birthday. After trying surfing once, the kids wanted to take it up a notch higher by trying out Baler.
While most of us are beginner surfer, that didn't stop us. The resort we stayed at, Nalu Surf Camp partnered with locals get naives like us make the most of the experience.
We rented surfboards and had instructors give us lessons and patiently guided us through as we try to conquer and ride the waves.
It was not all pretty through. We had to fall countless times and had to patiently wait for that perfect wave only to get that perfect moment to stay up and maintain balance on the surf boards.
It was definitely an experience worth trying and doing over and over again. It is something that grows into you.
So what else are you waiting for? Go get into your gear and ride the waves.

Sabang Beach Baler Aurora
One of those destinations in the province of Aurora is the town of Baler where Sabang Beach is located.
Sabang Beach is a two-kilometer strip of gray sand facing East over the Pacific Ocean. Famously known with its frequently strong waves that are massive enough to give life to people who would like to ride the waves
Sabang Beach may not be a pristine beach if white sand is what you dig. But its beauty emanates as being called the sunrise beach of Aurora province where sunrise and waves are equally as astounding to complement each other to bring forth an amazing surfing experience.

Baler, despite its growing tourism industry, has maintained its laidback vibe which I love. The scenic drive presents travelers with a long (sometimes winding) stretch of lush fields and forests and provincial tableau. Baler and other nearby towns boast various attractions, whether involving nature and challenging activities or downtown chill time.

The moment: Baler Bound
They told me it was a 4-hour drive to Baler, but they didn’t tell me I’d accidentally end up in New Zealand along the way! 🇳🇿✨
There’s something about winding through the mountains of Maria Aurora that makes you forget you’re in the tropics. One minute you’re navigating switchbacks, and the next, you’re staring at a lake so calm and green it feels like a movie set.
The ride was a total core memory—windows down, mountain air, and a view that’s worth every
single kilometer. If you need me, I’ll be busy pretending I’m in the Highlands. 🚐💨
