Where are the arctic animals!?
📍Polar Park, Tromso
Polar Park, just a few hours from Tromsø, is the world’s northernmost animal park — and one of the most unforgettable places I’ve ever visited. Nestled in the beautiful Salangsdalen valley, this park is home to some of the rarest Arctic animals, including wolves, lynx, bears, moose, muskoxen, and reindeer. What makes it truly special is how much space the animals have to roam, allowing them to live in conditions that closely resemble their natural habitat.
If you’ve ever dreamed of seeing Arctic wildlife up close — this is the place to go. The park also offers guided tours and even wolf encounters for those who want to connect more deeply with these majestic creatures. It’s not a typical zoo; it’s a meaningful experience that highlights the importance of conservation and respect for nature.
Highly recommend visiting if you're in northern Norway. It’s peaceful, wild, and truly one-of-a-kind.#tromso
Delicious Burgers & Great Takeaway Experience at Patricias Gatekjøkken
Ordered a fish burger and a bacon and cheese beef burger from Patricias Gatekjøkken, and both were excellent! The fish burger was fresh, crispy, and flavorful, with a well-balanced combination of toppings that complemented the fish perfectly. The bacon and cheese beef burger was juicy and packed with flavor, with the crispy bacon adding a nice smoky touch.
The portion sizes were generous, and the takeaway service was quick and efficient. The food was well-packaged, keeping everything warm and fresh. Overall, a great experience—highly recommended for anyone craving quality burgers in Bardu!
