Beyond Bali, there are stories waiting to be discovered. 🇮🇩 Day 1 — Discovering the Soul of Surabaya: The City of Heroes My first day began by exploring the historical heart of Surabaya. 🏛️ Tugu Pahlawan & November 10th Museum Surabaya is known as the “City of Heroes”, and this monument represents the courage and spirit behind that name. Walking around this area, I could feel how deeply history is connected with the city’s identity. 🚢 Monumen Kapal Selam (Monkasel) A unique attraction where visitors can explore an actual submarine in the middle of the city. It was a surprising experience and a reminder of Indonesia’s maritime history. 🌃 Tunjungan Street As the day ended, Tunjungan Street became the perfect place to experience Surabaya’s modern side. The lights, local atmosphere, and street scenes created a completely different feeling from the historical sites. 🇮🇩 Day 2 — Heritage, Culture & Coastal Beauty The second day was about discovering Surabaya’s diversity. 🏛️ House of Sampoerna A beautiful colonial-era building that tells the story of Surabaya’s heritage. Its architecture, museum experience, and unique atmosphere make it one of the city’s most memorable places. 🛕 Sanggar Agung Temple (Klenteng Sanggar Agung) Located near the coast, this temple shows the cultural diversity of Surabaya. The combination of traditional architecture and seaside views makes it a special photography spot. 🌉 Suramadu Bridge Ending the day at Suramadu Bridge was the perfect choice. Watching the bridge during sunset or under the night lights was one of the most beautiful moments of the journey. 🇮🇩 Day 3 — The Legendary Sunrise of Mount Bromo The highlight of this journey began before sunrise. Leaving early from Surabaya, I headed toward Mount Bromo, one of Indonesia’s most iconic natural wonders. Standing above the clouds and watching the first sunlight touch the volcanic landscape was a moment I will never forget. Mount Bromo was not just a destination. It was an experience. After exploring Bromo, continuing to Malang instead of returning to Surabaya made the journey smoother and more comfortable. 🇮🇩 Day 4 — A Relaxing Escape to Malang & Batu After the adventure of Bromo, Malang and Batu offered a peaceful ending. 🌿 Malang A charming city with cool weather, colonial architecture, and a relaxing atmosphere. 🏔️ Batu A beautiful mountain area near Malang, perfect for enjoying nature, cafes, and a slower travel pace. Adults can have a blast too since there are tons of rides to try out. They have everything from a roller coaster, Ferris wheel, flying chairs, pirate ship, drop tower, trampolines, a carousel, to even indoor & outdoor playgrounds 👀 There are so many photo spots, too. Literally almost every corner is perfect for content 😭📸

My stay at Kaluna Resort in Batu City was an incredible experience🍃 It was an absolute delight for someone like me who was looking for a peaceful, natural vibe. Even though it's located right in the heart of Batu City, the atmosphere remains cool and shady thanks to the abundance of trees and greenery🌳 Each room is a standalone wooden cabin, offering excellent privacy with a one-building-per-room concept. Despite the wooden exterior, the interior is surprisingly luxurious and comes with fully equipped amenities. The campsite was nestled at the foot of a beautiful mountain, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. One of the things I loved most about this campsite was the peacefulness of the area. It was a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of city life, and the tranquility of the countryside was truly refreshing. Attractions - animals and bird. there is schedule in the park to show some attraction of animal. we can enjoy and watch it free. the show was great and very entertain us.
