It's a hidden gem boutique hotel with such breathtaking views, yet the value for money is incredible. Room rates are only between HK200 to 400+, and it includes a sumptuous buffet breakfast! 🏝️🏝️ The hotel consists of two completely different types of rooms. One type is a stylishly designed two-story cottage on the beach, while the other is a standalone stilt house over the sea, with a hammock facing the ocean outside the room, allowing guests to feel like they are lying on the sea, enjoying the sea breeze. Truly thoughtful! I tried to book a room a month and a half ago, but it was fully booked! I could only take photos from the outside! 🥳🥳 The hotel also has a bar built over the sea, with live singers performing at night. You can enjoy dinner at the bar, and the prices are quite reasonable. But there’s more to the Caribbean than just beaches. There are a number of things that you can do. You can go beachcombing, have a picnic and sail in San Juan, Puerto Rico, or go on powerboat adventures in Nassau, Bahamas. You will never run out of options as to what to do next. You have the entire place, the sun and the sea. The top destinations in the Caribbean are Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Aruba, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, Cayman Islands, and the US Virgin Islands.

There are many Secrets resorts to choose from, but this one has the best staff. We've chosen to visit multiple times and have another vacation booked, largely thanks to people like Ramses, the most attentive Butler ever. "Butler" barely scratches the surface of all he does and more. There’s also Chaina, the charming singing hostess, Rafael and Marlon, fantastic servers, Victor at the Blue Water grill, relaxing massages from Carolyn and Alexandra, delicious drinks crafted by Yoenni, and the cheerful smiles of Diany, aka Super D. The food is excellent, and opting for Preferred Club is truly worth it! While there are plenty of pool and beach choices, we particularly adored the quiet pool with the relaxing Bali beds.

Visited this resort for the fourth time. The animation team is excellent and never pushy. The buffet is highly varied with a different theme every day. Everything is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly, doing their best to ensure you have a great vacation. The beach is within walking distance, and the sargassum (seaweed) is cleaned up. Downsides include occasionally large and noisy groups and people piling up food only to barely touch it, which feels very disrespectful. The pool bar can sometimes be a bit dirty, and the pool water is warm, so for cooling off, the sea is a better option.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this all-inclusive resort. The hotel was amazing, and the resort itself was impressive, including the pool, events, and rooms. We visited Isla Catalina and absolutely loved it, though we regret not being able to visit Isla Saona. I highly recommend this destination and hotel for anyone who enjoys this type of trip.

The beach is fantastic, and while the rooms might be a bit old, they are kept clean. On the downside, the staff seems to expect tips and tends to treat you better when you give them, which isn’t ideal. Booking the restaurants is very straightforward. The Kidsdom area is excellent for children; the staff there is wonderful, offering plenty of activities that keep kids entertained. Overall, five stars!

Great hotel with a beautiful beach, sea, and swimming pool. I highly suggest booking some excursions directly through the hotel, like the boat trip and hacienda zip lining. However, the service at the hotel could be better, particularly when it comes to restaurant reservations.

Joaquin, Raul, and Julio are the stars of Boreal bar. They’re always upbeat and attentive to customers. We highly recommend stopping by Boreal! It’s just unfortunate that not everyone there matches their excellent service. 👌🥂😄

The Good - Wonderful experience; we really enjoyed the location, breathtaking views, and friendly staff. Overall, we had a great time. The Bad - Despite the hotel's expansive grounds, it felt like something was missing. The night entertainment venue lacked a social vibe—we much preferred the bar at Rumba near the beach. It’s unfortunate that the entertainment wasn’t hosted in that area during the evenings. Booking at the restaurant was a hassle; occasionally, we missed out and had to settle for the overcrowded buffet. On a brighter note, the Teppanyaki was fantastic. Overall, we had a good time but would consider trying other hotels next time.

Our visit to La Hacienda was an excellent experience. The Mexican food was incredibly delicious, offering great flavors and a wonderful ambiance. I didn’t realize it when I booked, but I had stayed here before. This time, I was here with my grown sons, and it was PERFECT for them. The all-inclusive experience on the Club side was excellent! Our room had a stunning view and was simply fantastic! Our Butler, JOSE, was incredibly attentive, keeping us updated daily via text about dining options, schedules, dress codes, and more. He was exceptionally kind, efficient, and overall…AMAZING! The food was generally good, and the drinks were surprisingly not watered down as I had anticipated. The resort’s grounds were impeccably maintained, and the bathrooms throughout the property were clean and had an unexpectedly delightful aroma. The excursions were enjoyable, although they sold us a package of 150 photos at the end, which contained quite a few duplicates—but the quality of the photos was excellent. One standout was ROBERTO at the Elegance Lobby Bar, who gave us a Punta Cana experience like no other! ❤️ My sons ended up making lots of friends during the trip and are already looking forward to returning.

I want to share my amazing experience at this incredible hotel. From the moment you arrive, you feel at home due to the remarkable friendliness of the entire staff. The restaurants are spectacular, with "El Asadito" (a steakhouse) being my personal favorite. The beach entertainment by Pepa and Jacob was also fantastic. However, what truly sets this place apart is the attention from Ana María at the plaza bar. Her warmth, charisma, and genuine care are unmatched. She remembers each customer's preferences, even though so many of us visit her nightly. Yet, she greets everyone with a smile and her special touch every single day. It’s truly an unforgettable experience to be here—leaving with a full heart and a longing to return because of the incredible service throughout our week-long stay. We developed a special connection with this exceptional bartender, and anyone visiting this hotel must stop by her bar to experience her outstanding care. She is, by far, the best! I also have to give a shout-out to Jorge, the beach bartender, who provided excellent service as well—friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a next-level experience, you must visit the Majestic Elegance. Highly recommended, and I definitely want to come back!

Our stay at Majestic Elegance surpassed all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel more like family than mere guests. Our butler, Olbis, along with several other staff members, went above and beyond to ensure we never lacked anything. Whether it was a simple request or something extra, they always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. The resort itself was stunning, well-kept, and catered to everyone’s interests. One of the trip’s highlights was the entertainment; the foam party was so much fun, and the nightly dancing and live shows in the outdoor plaza created an energetic and unforgettable atmosphere. It was impossible not to join in and make incredible memories. A heartfelt thank you goes to the outstanding staff who made our trip special: Olbis, Angel (a.k.a. Sabroso!), Manuel, Francis (“I love my job lol”), Edwin, Juan, Juan Pablo, Victor, Alejandro, Angelina, and Eva. These names stand out, but I’m sure I’ve forgotten some others who also added to our experience. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made the difference and set Majestic Elegance apart.
