#ThailandFlightEvent What impressed me at the Heidelberg Holy Spirit Church was the 15th-century tomb for Ruprecht II and his wife Elisabeth. It was amazing that the tomb of a historically important figure who later became King Ruprecht I of Germany and was deeply involved in the establishment of Heidelberg University and the construction of the church remained inside the church. What was even more surprising was that this tomb was not destroyed during the destruction of the city in the 17th century, so it can still be seen by tourists.
