The famous Spanish Steps

Spanish Mediterranean Coast Tour ~ Alicante (Region) I must admit my first impression was pretty average, having just painted the staircase a Spanish color. Yet the longer I look at them, especially as I go through them slowly and pay attention to the details, the more I enjoy them. Easy to spot from below but easy to miss when passing along the street at the top, lovely wall art and some very quaint old building fronts on each side. Here you can enjoy the ancient, quiet and colorful streets, as if you were traveling back in time. I recommend coming here to rest and taste local food, take souvenir photos or buy something in the store next to the stairs.
