I've found the little Kyoto of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai!

An impromptu trip with a good friend turned out to be a perfect purification for both the mind and body. I never expected to find such a beautiful place before coming here. I've always been moving forward with restraint amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. But every breath I take here is free, peaceful, and exhilarating. Luckily, it was just us staying for those few days, and the whole wilderness felt like our 'home'. In our 'home', there's a handsome owner, a gentle housekeeper, an extremely docile bully dog, and two adorable cats that you just can't say no to. Perhaps the advantage of a homestay is that it feels just like home. Our days were spent drinking tea, basking in the sun, practicing yoga, daydreaming, listening to music, and petting the animals... My favorite part was the starry sky every night; I absolutely loved it! Every time I looked up, I felt like I owned the entire Milky Way, surrounded by the stars of the universe, and for the first time, I clearly saw the Big Dipper... Maybe it won't be long before I come back to breathe in the fresh mountain air and the sweet sunshine.
