Are you sure you don't want to visit the golden larch park in autumn?

This park has the largest golden larch forest in China. We recommend going early, or the wind will blow all the leaves away! Location: Chinese Golden Larch Forest Park, Huzhou, Zhejiang. Hours: 8:30 am–5 pm Tickets: CNY 58 per person, CNY 68 per person for a ticket and drink combo. Drinks can be collected at the coffee shop halfway through the park. Choose from an Americano or two types of sparkling water. Parking: There is a small parking lot at the entrance to the mountain. We parked at the village committee office, where there is also a charging station. Things to do: There is a hiking trail of about 4 km in the park, with the exit near the entrance. Dogs are allowed, and there are two coffee shops to rest at in the first half of the trail. The downhill section in the second half is a bit steep, so bring a hiking stick if you have bad knees. There are several sections of golden larch at the entrance, but many leaves have been blown away by the wind. There is another section of golden larch in the second half of the trail. The larch leaves are currently yellow and green, but they should turn more yellow in a few days. I prefer the current colors, which look like a palette. The visit takes about 3 hours. Notes: The roads in the village are narrow and have many hairpin turns, so drive carefully. There are no supplies in the park, only coffee, so bring your own food. There are only two public restrooms: at the parking lot by the ticket gate and at the end of the hiking trail. Enter the park early, as it gets dark early in the mountains. The sun sets around 4 pm. Wear non-slip shoes.
