📍Astana, Kazakhstan Astana is the capital of Kazakhstan, located in Central Asia. It may not be a very familiar tourist destination, but this unknown city is actually amazing! Astana is a city that is still under development today, after Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa's urban planning proposal won first place in an international competition organized by the Kazakhstan government in 1998.
