This is the venue of the international art and craft expo "Japan Flora 2000" held in 2000, and the Dream Stage opened with it. Dream Stage is actually open 24 hours a day. There is no ticket, so I paid for the underground parking lot. The parking lot seemed empty with few tourists. Of course, this is on normal days. If it is a public holiday in Japan, it might be completely different.
