When tradition meets neon magic — Kek Lok Si lights up the New Year like no other!

📍Address: Jln Balik Pulau, 11500 Ayer Itam, Pulau Pinang, 马来西亚 🕰️Business Hours: lightshow during CNY period Kek Lok Si Temple — My CNY Must-Visit Spot!🏮 Every Chinese New Year, Kek Lok Si is a must-go for me. It’s become part of my annual tradition — I head there to make wishes for good luck, admire the beautiful lanterns, and just soak in the festive spirit. The temple is full of color and light — a truly unique experience every time. Plus, the view from the top is absolutely stunning — you can see all of Penang lit up at night! Tips: • Go early to avoid the crowd. • Drive safely! The road going up is quite winding and narrow, so be extra careful, especially at night. This place never fails to give me that “wow” feeling — highly recommended for your CNY bucket list!
