It is so nice to see so much green around, it really is soothing! 💡 Spending time around trees and looking at trees reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and improves mood😊 Also, Had a walk around the other villas and the Amphitheater where they hold all the Yoga classes overlooking the serene lake, trees and mountains💚 It is truly breathtaking to just take in all that nature around.
