Batu caves, sacred caves of Hindus This cave is a limestone cave. According to Hindu beliefs, the highest point is close to heaven. To get there, we have to climb 272 steps. Inside is a fairly large cave. There are places to worship both outside and inside. There is no entrance fee, but you must dress appropriately because this is a sacred place.
