Begonia flowers: Blooming period: Early to mid-April, around the Qingming Festival. 1. Wenhua Hall In front of Wenhua Hall in April, the straight path is flanked by blooming begonia trees. After entering the Wumen gate and heading to the right, you can see it next to the Jinshui Bridge, passing through a Xiehe Gate, it's the area with the densest concentration of begonias in the Forbidden City.
