A surreal place with surreal views!

Rammang-rammang is a karst tourist destination in Maros, Pangkep, South Sulawesi. It can be accessed in 1 hour by car from Makassar, and then continue by boat for about 25 minutes. Along the river that is passed, we will be presented with extraordinary beautiful views. After pulling over, we will arrive at a village hidden behind the karst mountains that are incredibly beautiful. This area is listed as the third largest karst mountain in the world and has been designated by UNESCO as a World Herritage Site. Rammang-rammang means cloud or fog in the Makassar language (local language). The name describes the atmosphere there which is often shrouded in fog, especially in the morning. Honestly, during the trip I couldn't stop being amazed by the scenery that was very unusually good. Like being in another world! 😍 #summervacation
