Hulunbuir | Morin Dawa River, the 'world's most winding river'

Deep in the Chenbarhu Prairie of Hulunbuir, there is a river called the Morin Dawa River, which was referred to as the 'world's most winding river' by Lao She, and the Golden Khan Mongolian tribe is also located here. Locals say it 'bends ninety-nine times in large curves, and nine hundred and ninety-nine times in small curves, the river flows in all directions.' In the season when the water and grass are abundant, many nomadic herders gather here, forming a natural nomadic tribe. The unique golden haystacks in autumn, the winding river, the herds of cattle and sheep, and the scattered yurts form a perfect picture of the prairie scenery. 🚗Transportation: About 50 minutes drive from Hailar City. 📍It is recommended to join a small car group or charter a car, as there are almost no road signs here, self-driving can get lost, and buses cannot enter. ➡️Tour route: 1️⃣Haolin Wundu Day Station: The first high point, with a wide view and a large height difference, you can see the winding and very narrow river.
