Autumn wind intoxicates Phoenix Lake

Phoenix Lake Ecological Wetland is located on the side of Jinfeng Road, Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu City, 17 kilometers away from the main urban area of ​​Chengdu. It is the first open urban ecological wetland park in Sichuan that integrates ecology, leisure, sightseeing and vacation. The park covers an area of ​​2,040 acres, of which more than 700 acres are water area. A large number of aquatic plants such as reeds and water bamboo are planted around the water area. 15,000 cherry trees and 85,000 other fine garden tree species are planted in the park. 220,000 square meters of lawns are laid, initially constructing a wetland ecosystem with clear layers and three-dimensional formation. The park is centered on Phoenix Lake Wetland, and brings together the unique landscapes of "forest, stream, lake, and flower" and exotic customs. It is divided into five functional areas: ecological wetland park, urban ecological commercial area, entertainment club and beach leisure area, grass planting area (high-end sports and leisure area), and a 10,000-acre flower and seedling industry base. The park is based on the culture of the Han and Tang Dynasties, with Cherry Blossom Avenue as a ring line, two bodies of water as its veins, and rolling hills as its landscape. It cleverly combines natural beauty with cultural customs to create a beautiful landscape where "city and wetland, people and nature, East and West, modern and traditional" complement each other. The park has been successively rated as "the nominated site for the most beautiful flowers in Sichuan Province", "the most promising popular scenic spot recommended by the people of Chengdu", and "one of the top ten wedding photography spots in Chengdu." The Cherry Blossom Tourism and Culture Festival held here every year has become a "flower-scented business card" for Qingbaijiang District.
