Seungil Bridge

#koreatrip There's no entrance fee in winter, but it's spring, so what's the entrance fee? I'm told you to go to Goseokjeong and buy a ticket. The work is messed up. You can issue it in the parking lot of Seungil Bridge, but you have to go to Goseokjeong, which is far away, so there are two guards....I think there's a trekking event. Under Seungil Bridge, a lot of people are walking and taking a lot of pictures in the Hantan River.
