Raul's Restaurant

#cebutrip Good food and it feels like your at home while being in the heart of the city. It’s a good place to eat some Filipino food while listening to some good music sang by some bands they invite to play in their restaurant. It’s a nice place to chill and I just learned they also serve coffee. A restaurant-cafe. I’d recommend this place for sure. They even have a function room.
