Delicious Pork Trotter Soup

While visiting Dali Ancient Town, I came across a restaurant with a unique name, "Rotten Hoof Flower," and decided to give it a try. Upon entering, the owner recommended their set meal vouchers. We ended up purchasing one for around 70 RMB, which included a small portion of pork trotter soup, steamed meat, marinated pig head meat, and more. The pork trotter was truly delicious—the meat was tender, rich in collagen, and the soup, which contained black-eyed peas, was both nutritious and flavorful. They also provided two small plates of special homemade sauces, which paired perfectly with the pork trotter, enhancing its taste. While eating, we noticed two Hong Kong visitors who mentioned they were already full but still wanted to try the pork trotter, showing just how enticing it is!
