The Fairy Cave Mansion by the roadside beneath the reservoir! ☞ The Chuanwang Palace in Xinchang, Dayi, was originally built during the Ming Dynasty, destroyed in the Qing Dynasty, and rebuilt in the style of antiquity in 1926 during the Republic of China period. It was constructed according to the terrain, full of variations, and looks like a picture frame with a view! The three-story wooden building of the Sanqing Hall is quite imposing! The architecture follows the mountain's contour, and upon closer inspection, the internal structure is quite complex. The builders used a variety of roof connections and courtyard layouts to connect all the roofs of the building together, from the mountain gate to the main hall, with pavilions, terraces, and towers, everything that should be there is there. The temple blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, resembling a large garden. The last courtyard's Sanqing Hall is actually built with a four-eaved Xieshan-style roof, which looks like a Tusi fortress from a distance and is very spectacular! The temple was originally dedicated to the Lord of Sichuan, but later evolved into a temple that combines Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. The front hall enshrines a statue of the King of Sichuan - Li Bing. The side halls enshrine statues of Manjushri, Samantabhadra, Lü Chunyang, and Zhang Sanfeng. The left and right side halls both house ancestral spirit tablets that have been moved there by the local people...
