Stayed at a stunning hotel near Mount Fuji

Highly recommend staying a few nights at Mount Fuji! A day trip is way too rushed. (p1-3, p11-12): The garden Lying in the room with a view of Mount Fuji is incredibly relaxing (Near Lake Kawaguchiko, lots of great food, everything is close by!) Got a perfect view of pink Fuji ^_^ (p15-17): Recommend cycling around Lake Kawaguchiko - the best views are along the way (you can see so much). It takes about 3.5 hours with a regular bicycle. Go early to get an e-bike, I went too late and they were all gone. Anyone who says there's no good food at Mount Fuji, I'll be the first to disagree (p78) Ho-mei A small but charming family-run restaurant that's a must-visit! Every dish is delicious, perfectly matching my image of a Japanese izakaya... All ingredients are super fresh, the tuna quality is goodgood, the beef has amazing marbling and flavor, and the fish is incredibly fresh... If you want authentic Japanese cuisine, you must try this place (P9) Fuji Sengenya Japanese udon noodles~ Very filling and satisfying, the soup base is incredibly fragrant. Some people might not like thick noodles, but even though I'm not usually a fan of thick noodles, I love their udon and takoyaki! (P10) Beef Cutlet Restaurant koushuya This place's 4.9 Google rating is well-deserved - it was amazing~ The restaurant only serves one dish! Just different sizes, beef lovers should rush here, grilling your own beef to eat - the meat is super tender. I went at 8pm and didn't need to queue at all!
